The problem is that obviously there is no such authority which could effectively prosecute scammers from other countries and even if someone tried to locate and find those scammers, the amount of money stolen from the person must be pretty much huge for someone to go through a big investigation and prosecution process. It would not make sense, for example, to spend up to several thousand dollars to try to locate and find a scammer, if the quantity to be recovered is less than that.
Even if there was a centralized and effective authority which could punish scammers somehow, the number of them is so high and so many scams happen so often, that this organization would need to be funded by several governments at the same time, in order to bring justice to hundred of thousands of victims worldwide... Sadly, there are countries where scammers will continue to feel secure from prosecution in the long term.

Scammers will continue what they do until they have not been caught up by the officials. If there's no authorities will interfere regarding on what they have done to their costumers then for sure they will just ignore those people calling them out as a scam and they just wait for newbie to came on their casino then continue what their usual activity. If there's no person will report to officials and sue them regarding on the scam they experience for sure this incident will continue no matter what.

That's why 1xbit is confident that no one will sue them since people usually think its hassle to report these scamming incident to officials that's why they can always escape on their liabilities and continue to exist without getting bothered. I would guess that most of those that claim to have made a withdrawal are puppet accounts controlled by this casino, but even if they were selectively scamming their customers that is still bad enough, and it should made anyone that likes to gamble to avoid this casino at all costs.

The other day I saw something which really made me think on the reach these kind of scams can have on the social media platforms, I was watching a YouTuber/content creator who specializes on videogames of the company Nintendo. It was a sponsored video, sponsored by 1xbet, even though the video and the channel did not have anything to do with gambling at all, and it is very likely the creator content is not even a gambler either.
That makes me assume shady casinos like that one are going for an strategy of sponsoring people who are very detached from the gambling community or do not have much knowledge on what casinos are reliable and what casinos are scammy, they get paid, bot do their own research before advertising and unbeknownst to them, end up risking their own audience to being scammed.
Since 1xbet cannot buy out those streamers who have a good enough knowledge of their reputation and big channels to advertise then, they go for a large number of medium sized and small channels, in order to continue to perpetuate their selective scam.

1xbit have really awful reputation here and his case is addition to those large piled up of cases so I can say that for sure we can see more of it as 1xbit continue to operate and they can be search online by newbies that's why its always important to talk about their schemes so they could possibly see what people define then and they can easily determine that this is a scam especially if they do a deep research regarding on its background or reputation.

Many of the users who have fallen the trap of 1xbet might be newbies on this site even many users might have no accounts on this forum but they usually gamble on many gambling site. But few of them might not be aware/have knowledge/ideas about the scam activity of 1xbet and that's why fall into the trap of 1xbet.

Man, I think you got me wrong, I never said that people have enough money so they might deposit money in shady casinos but I said that the social media influencers get paid heavily by casinos like 1xBit and once they are paid then they don't really care even if their followers get scammed by 1xBit or similar casinos.

Stay away from anything 1x corps since they already have a bad reputation and are associated with 1xbits who already have a bad reputation, here and outside the forum which has made it hard for members of this forum to trust in any way, and that is why we have constantly warned players to stay off the casino if they don't want to lose the funds at some point.

Make sure to have a personal review of the site before even making anything on the site and in fact, I will advise everyone to stay away from 1xbit since there are already proven scams.

As this scam casino doesn't punish everyone, some unlucky people suffer for the loss, while others go free, and so spread how good the casino is at attracting more victims.
