Can you mention those applications that are available on App Store and also have you checked the applications like are they genuine ones from the original casinos or someone has just created a browser based app of those casinos and posted those on App Store to earn revenue from the ads?

Most of the times normal developers make out browser based applications that redirect users to the sites of the casinos and users consider those applications as genuine ones but they are just browsers nothing else. However, I would like you to mention some of those applications so I can check those out myself and see them myself.

I knew about the alleged sponsorships between many shady casinos like this one and others around the ecosystem of gambling. Though, to be it does not make sense that these debious services managed to bribe the leagues to accept to do advertisement for them. Are those leagues supposed to be one of the most successful and biggest businesses when comes to sports worldwide? They are not supposed to be that in need of money.
There could be something else going on under the surface, perhaps some politicians pocketing the money of the deals or the leagues administration being trike unaware of the bad reputation of their sponsors.
There could be even someone with bad intentions deceiving the PR department of the leagues into accepting those deals, not mentioning how infamous those casinos are, and for the services and favours given to that casinos, such person who sever as intermediary receives money for washing the image of the casinos in the eyes of those in charge of the sponsorships.
So many theories, but the need of money from those big sport leagues does not past the sniff test. I don't know, maybe something I dont know about the industry and those clubs are really walking forward bankruptcy secretly? Huh

This is the very reason that I hate selective scamming. That type of scam always give room for the scammer to be sustainable for a very long of time. But if this was to be an exit scam, the information will be all over the internet and everyone will take note of the domain and identify them as scammers and that will definitely be the end of that type of scam.

Well, I was going to say that it's also very possible that this guys are out there to try to re-scam victims who are or were already scammed, but I did visit the site and scanned around it, and it does look legitimate, and according to what I read on the site, they said they help gamblers recover back their money through legal process and litigations.
And if I am correct, legal process and litigation are both processes that take a very long time and involves alot of going to court, having several meeting and signing documents, so, if this service or company just started operation recently, then it's very understandable why they might not have any testimonies to their credit at the moment, as it's possible that they are yet to win any case yet.

But on the other hand, I will stil advice gamblers patronize their service to be very careful not to give any money to them, or share their login details to any of their casino accounts with whoever are behind this service, for there is a chance that they may as well be a scam, atleast, this is what we should believe until we begin to see good reviews of their service..

Beware of anyone on the internet who allegedly tries to help to recover funds from shady casinos or allegedly try to push forward some kind of litigation against shady casinos or scams. I can't find any information about them on Reddit and other websites. For your own safety and to not get scammed again in a row, it's better to stay away from services that offer you money return from 1xbet.com's problematic cases. I have never heard about a legit service that can solve that problem because it's a very complicated process. It is probably worth investing in solving of similar cases if you lost thousands of dollars.

Well said. I think they know about the shady stuff related to 1xbet, but don't really mind it since they are in dire need of funds as you mentioned.

I believe it is mostly about a broad policy of those which are the biggest companies which provide store services to Android and Iphones. There could be alternative stores on the internet or even stores which belong to other companies (like the Sansumg store or the Palm Store) whose terms of service allow for users and developers to interact with applications which involve gambling with real money or real cryptocurrency.
It is about Public relations strategies, it looks bad for a company like Google to facilitate gambling games when there is no restriction to whether the people using the smartphone is either over 18 years old or not. To tackle that, it would require for Google to ask for ID cards to their users before joining that Play store, and we all know that sort of thing would look very bad in an era when we are already being spied on through our phones, for the sake or targeted advertisement.
Perhaps, it is better that this way, otherwise 1bit could pay up Google for a very wide advertisement package and prompt people to download their app directly from their Play Store. It would increase the number of people scammed to new levels never seen before.
