My money are locket there, cannot login, said incorrect password or user. They not want to give me information why they are holding my deposit money. I have there my money from my wallet deposited and I cannot login to withdraw back to me. Why ? my account user is 379210585

You need to digest the fact that your money is gone and you most probably won't see it ever again. Trying to explain yourself to their support and shills won't get you anywhere because those scammers only focus on scamming.

That is just the tip of the iceberg. They try their best to justify themselves in order to look legitimate, but it's all just a facade basically. They block the ones that they scammed and focus on new prey.

This has been their modus operandi for a long period now and won't change anytime soon in my opinion.
