When the player loses, 1xbit wins.
When the player wins, 1xbit doesn't lose.

I wonder why 1xbit gave you back money for your lost bets (voided them) and let you withdraw full deposit.

Unfortunately, marketing team (as I think) also doesn't have access to information related to security of accounts. I have the same contact options with the security team as you, so we can just wait until someone who represents 1xbit on Bitcointalk is active. However, from what I noticed, support stopped responding to Bitcointalk complaints due to the large amount of spam, so I doubt you will get any answers here. Anyway, this is not an official way of making a complaint.

They have lots of excuses not to return the money to their customers. From the moment you deposit on their website your funds become theirs, whether you win the match or lose they will never return your funds. I am so idiot that I registered and deposit money on 1xbit , i didnt open this forum before did that, and now i am in shock because of this scammers.
I make account yesterday on 1xbit and make deposit of 1049USDT. I bet on games specialy on football. Then I put 600 usdt on Tottenham to win the match aganist Leicester in live when Tottenham was in losing 0:1. Then they scored goal in the last minute and won 2:3.
I won on that game 2000 usdt , and go to withdraw page to make withdarw some of my funds and continue to bet. Then I saw that there is no withdraw options to withdraw funds. I was in shock. Then wrote to livechat to help me withdraw my funds. They told me I need to write on security 1xbit email so I will have answer from them.
I write them and waiting so long, they told me THEY STOP COLLABORATION AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! They stopped collaboration because I won the fu*cikng one game on football and high league premier leage, and now I see that so many defenders with signature campage said they only block table tennis or tennis, THEY  BLOCK MY ACCOUNT AFTER WIN GAME TOTTENHAM premier league and not give me back the money of that game and only said will give deposited sum of money. So when I was in lose, they didnt touch my account, and when won the game fotball and won 2000 usdt they blocked withdarw and this is not F*CKING NORMAL!!! This must be stopped, this is criminal and they cannot do this. Don't take it personally. Simply because you are giving statement in favor to 1xbit while you didn't even how many active issues of not paying there users here. You are using T&C as a bullet proof to dodge all there negative acts without reading carefully each cases. Besides that as he already pointed. Your account  is not active for a long time ago and now you are alive just to defend this shady casino? Coincidence? No, 1xbit is known for buying BCTalk account and using it to shill there own thread here in the forum.

Why attack me? Am I using one of those signatures or claiming myself their official rep? I write what I see and what I know. And as far as I can see, most cases look very similar (a message from the sec dep about rules breaking). I have some gambling experience and many friends who dealt with various casinos and I know very well how most of the gamblers act when they register accounts. "yeah we must be banned or freeze if we violate Rules but at least this site must prove that accusation but what happened?" Do you know what happens on the other side?
