These regular complaints keep coming up in this ann thread which crypto gamblers have become accustomed to seeing. Because it would be a mistake to expect more from a website without any reputation like 1xbit. And they are not resolving their customer's problems even through the thread that they have opened a thread to resolve the complaint. So no matter how hard you try to defend them, they will never change.

Just as you cannot prove that deposits have actually been returned, same you cannot prove that the rules were not violated.
At the moment, he just has to wait for a reply, but my guess is that the answer will be similar to the others, which is that the user has withdrawn the deposit equivalent from another 1xBit account.

Firstly , Bitcointalk forum at any sort cannot Help you with this problem mate , because the only thing this forum can do for you is to Tag and create flags for this site and the management , in which you can clearly see that there are so many Red tags already and existing flags against this site as warning for the incoming gambler .

actually there are others that had been refunded (though those account are also questionable as Shilling only for this site)  but in reality that those legit case of claims? they get nothing from the team.

I do not know where to start with my problem on 1xbit and asking for help here on bitcointalk forum
I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.
I urgently needed money to withdraw and I made a withdrawal. But the horror started when I squeezed to withdraw the money.
They were logged out of my account, and I could not log in with my username or email and password.

Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? Please help, I'm new here, I do not know what to do. This is my first 1xbit account and I'm betting there for the first time. I do not know what to do anymore, I'm crazy. Will I get my money back? Please help

All informations I sent to security and support and they don't wanat to help me. I asking just to withdraw my 730 usdt, it is smallest than my deposit of money. Have you seen that 1xbit support is not anymore writing and supporting and resolving cases? This is total scam of website 1xbit and they are just stealing money from people. This is insane scam. They steal all win money and all deposits from people. So if you deposit there, you cannot withdraw a single crypto to you back. Total thief's.


I created account on 1xbit and deposited 250 usdt and then I lost that 252 usdt, and deposited 350 usdt. THen I won two games from table tennis and I get log out from my account after 5 minutes. I tried to login but cannot anymore. I wrote email and they said this after 12 hours:
"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).

If people have a problem with the site, they should post it in the relevant topic indeed. The topic is intended for information about the site. I think the Africa cup still has some nice posters. I make account yesterday on 1xbit and make deposit of 1049USDT. I bet on games specialy on football. Then I put 600 usdt on Tottenham to win the match aganist Leicester in live when Tottenham was in losing 0:1. Then they scored goal in the last minute and won 2:3.
I won on that game 2000 usdt , and go to withdraw page to make withdarw some of my funds and continue to bet. Then I saw that there is no withdraw options to withdraw funds. I was in shock. Then wrote to livechat to help me withdraw my funds. They told me I need to write on security 1xbit email so I will have answer from them.
I write them and waiting so long, they told me THEY STOP COLLABORATION AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! They stopped collaboration because I won the fu*cikng one game on football and high league premier leage, and now I see that so many defenders with signature campage said they only block table tennis or tennis, THEY  BLOCK MY ACCOUNT AFTER WIN GAME TOTTENHAM premier league and not give me back the money of that game and only said will give deposited sum of money. So when I was in lose, they didnt touch my account, and when won the game fotball and won 2000 usdt they blocked withdarw and this is not F*CKING NORMAL!!! This must be stopped, this is criminal and they cannot do this. I will now post all images from my account when my game win, and after they close my account, This is not real and this is most criminal activites on internet what they are doing to  me!!!

I read ton of messages posts of that campage signature who defend this company, and NOW YOU SEE HOW is the procedure of scamming? IF you losing, they not  thoucing you, if you just little win, they will ban you so easy, and will not responding. I have never seen casino scam like this. Briliant procedures to scam people and steal all money from people. Bravisimo great job to scammers
