Betting on a bad line doesn't make you a cheater.  If they offer a bet on something that already happened, it's not cheating to accept it.  

They aren't "catching cheaters".  They are the ones cheating  the players.

So I understand that you have never bet on a sports event knowing its result before?

When it comes to delays, it's a strange thing for sure, but we know that things like this happens. I think the fault is not directly on 1xBit side, but on the software provider. Sure, 1xBit probably could disable those troublesome sport events, but unfortunately I don't know why they dont do that. Maybe they can't, or maybe they just prefer to catch those who are trying to cheat.

I've never seen a line that was still open after a match ended.  That's a pretty stupid and expensive mistake for a sportsbook to make, unless they decided they will just steal the balance from any player that accepts their wager.  I really don't see any other explanation for this happening so frequently on 1xbit other than they view the income from stolen funds as part of their business model.

You claim that you are betting on a sport events, knowing its result? Did you just confirm that you did it and are doing this or is it still a hypothetical situation?

Betting on a bad line doesn't make you a cheater.  The issue I have with these guys is they aren't being up front about what happened.   Stop using it as an excuse for 1xbit to ignore them.  

If I saw a line on sportsbet.io, or Stake, or any other reputable sportsbook right now for a match that had just ended, I'd bet on the winner.  They might void the bet, or they might just pay me, I don't know.  What I do know is that they wouldn't just take my balance for placing the bet.  

Taking advantage when the House makes a mistake (like setting a bad line, or exposing a card) doesn't make you a cheater.

I don't know what the reason is, these are just my guesses. If they would stopped responding only to the cheaters and responded only to real complaints, they would give further arguments to criticize them. It seems logical to me. But I don't really know why they stopped responding. I'm sure you have some theory too?

They offered bad lines.  Players bet on them.  Instead of just voiding the bet (or just paying it out because it was their mistake) like any honest casino would, they voided the bet and took additional money that didn't belong to them.  Now they're ignoring players complaints, and you're defending their actions because the players are being annoying spamming.  Quit defending them.  It's pathetic.

After all, there were always alternatives for everyone.
When it comes to not responding to spam complaints, I think I understand support. When they started responding to complaints, responses were simply ignored and the spam continued. If they will start responding only to complaints that did not come from cheaters, they would give further arguments to continue hate.
They made the decision not to respond here at all. On the other hand, it is not the official way for users to communicate with support.

To be honest, it doesn't matter to me anymore whether these complaints are legitimate or not. What matters to me, and what everyone can see here, is their attitude toward the players. They have given themselves the right to treat any customer as a shit, to deny their winnings, and to seize user's funds whenever they want, without providing any explanations or proof. This is in essence a dictatorship.

Fortunately, there are plenty of alternatives we can choose from.

The integrity of your answers will always be tainted as long as you get paid by them. You are aware of that right? I never go to casinos that I represent and talk about how awesome they are and how everyone else is wrong, well the ones I carry the signature do not have this many problems and complaints neither so it's never a problem. As long as you have their signature, whenever you try to defend them, it will never be honest or at least it will never be seen as an honest thing.

It will always be seen as you are simply getting paid to defend them, we are not even entirely sure if you believe in what you say or not, maybe it is all for money and you also agree that they are scammers but don't say that because they are paying you. Plus, many people do believe that they are scammers, so with the money they scammed from others, they are paying you, which makes it even harder to care for what you respond with.

This is why everyone will ignore you as long as you get paid by them. If you want to be taken seriously, carry someone else's signature and still come in here and defend them. That would be more believable.

the saddest part about it all is that even the creator of this thread has stopped responding and solving all the problems the customers have in this thread, which means they are trying to convince people that only a small group of people are accusing them and making up complaints. when in fact these complaints are legitimate

There is a lot of activity in this thread again, it seems to go through spikes where there are some quiet moments and then there is a surge of posts.

New victims (or alleged victims) are posting and the same band of sock-puppet accounts continue to defend the 1xbit scammers.

This forum deserved better than to have scammers such as 1xbit using it to promote their scam....

I have frozen account with money in yo account, and they blocked my account. YOur posts nothing helping me, you are just spamming here and post nothing to help me to recover my funds from my account. Support is not helping, they not replaying anymore, and I see in past 3 months they nothing helping here or help to another members to recover the funds locked. They just blocking accunts and steal everythins. You are not asshamed about that or what> I dont know the reason why you defend them so much, and they have not post any comment here in past 3 monts, only you and 2-3 more persons with signature spamming here so much and not helping nothing with that posts. I was betting regular on my bets and any moment logged out. was suppried that i cannot login anymore. Then they writing to me stop collaboration without any explanation. Nothing explaned whats wrong. You are completley idiot. I am scammed too, few days trying to recover my funds from my account but it is not able. This seems so scam and I am so worried about my funds. I send emails, livechat on the website write here on bitcoin manager. And do you know what? NOTHING received. even email. They dont want to speak with me anymore and take my all my money, and also deposits like another members. Do you think they can steal your deposts?

Please help me to back my funds on 1xbit my account. i am so scared about this because yesterday they blocked my account. livechat told me to write on [email protected] so they will fix this. i write there and after 10 hours they back to me that my account is violation of the Terms and Conditions, but i didnt violated nothing just make first time account there and deposit money to bet, I bet on many games but after some time they log me out and when try to login it said incorrect username and password, but I write correct username and password where i used it before. this is no reason why they block my account with a lot of money inside and hope someone here can help me this to fix because this is missunderstanding and I saw so many posts like mine and i am so sad about this because that money are very important for me and they dont want to replay on emails anymore.

I understand that you disagree with the fact that the deposit is sometimes not returned. I wrote what I think about it a bit earlier:

Who you believe depends on you.

You can't offer a bad line and then help yourself to the entire balance of any player that accepts your offer.  It's stealing if you do. And that's what 1xbit is doing. That's my point.


I've already explained this multiple times.  The bet should be void, which means any winnings from the bet are returned to the Casino, and the player keeps their initial wager.  Taking anything more than the winnings from the voided bet is theft.
