You don't have to explain everything because just read the last 10 pages of this thread and you will find that there are multiple victims of scamming here and maybe you will be added in to those victims now

Hello 1xbit. I have been using your site for more then a year now without any problems.
Today when i tried to login into my account it says "Incorrect username or password!"
I want to mention that i never did something wrong and i dont have multiple accounts. Also i had 53 mbtc left in my account. Please check and let me know what is the problem.

the problem is that the casino guys refuse to show proof that people are cheating, and they also refuse to implement KYC for anyone they think has too many accounts or is cheating. if they refuse to do that how the hell is anyone going to believe them? people who complain post proof (screen shot and deposit addresses) so we have to defend those who post proof

They will definitely pay attention to your post and I hope they will comment on it themselves.

That was what initially peaked my interest in this. Those accounts are all the same person writing with identical structure, and their accusations are the bulk of this constant mistrust directed at 1xbit.

Admittedly I have only been following this thread for a couple of weeks, but in those weeks I can say 1xbit seem to have been dragged through the mud, and probably a fraction unfairly. However, the professional thing to do would be to just remove live table tennis. There is no excuse, especially when those markets are so tiny, and you have to say 1xbit must know exactly what they're doing. It's dog eat dog.

That said, 1xbit seem to have a long history of bad trust, so perhaps they have been running a bad house, but if all of that mistrust is over this live table tennis then things aren't all quite what they seem.

Or maybe you should do the research before answering the cheater..?

From what I can remember, 90% of the complaints are about live table tennis. The others are about not returning the deposit (after the account has been blocked, possibly after trying to cheat on live table tennis). It is clear that all these cheating attempts and complaints are made by one or possibly two people. Look at the regularity, the structure of the text, the vocabulary, and the fact that there is aggression and insults at every attempt of any contact.

I've been following this thread for a little while, and it really does seem like most complaints are related to live table tennis bets.

1xbit had 2 choices how to deal with these issues, and they were:


1. Remove live table tennis betting so that they can fix their reputation

or

2. Keep the live table tennis and just take the money of any of the people who try to abuse the market inefficiencies


They seem to have taken the latter option, possibly because their reputation is already at an all time low.

With regards to this, are there actually many people complaining about 1xbit in other events apart from live table tennis?

Unfortunately, this is not unknown in any way. The problem has been going on for a long time in this forum.
Many members keep pointing out that not everything is correct with this provider.
As you can see, many people still fall for it and play there.
Although even a simple search on Google quickly makes it clear that there are problems here.
Therefore, I can only say again and again, do your research before you deposit money somewhere!

I want to show you what the 1xbit algorithm is. You can not win there. you can only lose.
This is proof of that. This is what and how this can happen.
I created an account for the first time on this web site yesterday, and made a deposit twice. Once 890 USDT and once again 500USDT.
I bet on 5 matches of which the first 4 lost, and I was very nervous. Then I went live to another match which luckily for me won. Because the stakes were high I took pictures before the match won, and after the win.
But after the victory I was disconnected from my account. I got confused and tried to log in several times but it was unsuccessful.
Then I wrote in the email from security 1xbit why my account is blocked. They sent me a message after 6 hours that they stop cooperating with me and I can not bet again. I tried to log in again to the account AND WHAT TO SEE, my ONLY winning bet was refunded. I asked them why my only winning match was refunded, and they told me that I KNEW THE MATCH BEFORE IT ENDED. WHAT !? HOW !? I have proof of this and I will send this to court, and I will open a lawsuit for this event. They do not allow you to win, this is the biggest proof. I sent 10 emails, with pictures with evidence but THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED! Here, see all that I'm talking about. I guess the user knew that he violated the rules and the issue was only for a refund of deposit. Support replied that the deposit would not be refunded because its equivalent had been withdrawn from his other accounts.

To be clear, where in the Terms and conditions of 1xbit is stated that a user can't have more than one account? 1xbit is a anonymous bookie, how can they say that a person has multiple accounts? Maybe the person is using a VPN and other users are on the same IP?

In my eyes this isn't a proper reason to suspend the players account.

It is not really a problem that one place turned out to be a scam casino, that happens all the time and we have seen casinos that scammed customers all the time and anyone who has been in crypto long enough would know that from casinos to exchanges to could mining to many other thing there are tons of companies that ended up scamming customers and we are used to it by now, hell the amount of money scammed from crypto investors so far must have passed over a billion dollars total. However, the sad part is that there are some people who get paid to defend this place and they are harshly spending their time defending a place that everyone talks about how they are a scam.

So, for a certain amount of money, these people are fine with standing near the bad people, quite sad situation. I would say that I would not defend a place that is proven to be a scammer even if they paid me millions of dollars, it is not just.

Why do you think I would be joking? I was just trying to be nice. I have tried to provide you with the most reasonable and possibly quickest solution to your problem. If you don't like it, I don't know why are you writing here at all..

Ps. You need to know that automatic e-mails work just like that. If you write 100 times, you will get 100 same answers.

This is total out of mind, i am so crazy mad because I writing everyday 20 days, and they back to my with some automatic message that they are working for the misery 150 usdt deposit on my account?

I do not know where to write more. My last chance is on the forums. I made a deposit on my account but it has not been added yet. I wrote them an email from 23.11.2021, but they automatically return the same message that they are working on my case (they work 20 days for a stinky deposit of 151.16 USDT TRC20 ?)? They even not giving you to bet, they just not give you the deposit money to be credited on the account. Sending money is just lost money I think ... I am really worried about my money and Think I will not get back ...

I know how you felt, but just be patient. Let's await the manager to resolve your issue which I'm sure he will. I know their are similar issues like yours too which needs to be resolved. I think the manager had not been around for a while now that's why he has not respond to most of the queries.

Have you seen that 1xbit support is not anymore writing and supporting and resolving cases? This is total scam of website 1xbit and they are just stealing money from people. This is insane scam. They steal all win money and all deposits from people. So if you deposit there, you cannot withdraw a single crypto to you back. Total thief's.


I created account on 1xbit and deposited 250 usdt and then I lost that 252 usdt, and deposited 350 usdt. THen I won two games from table tennis and I get log out from my account after 5 minutes. I tried to login but cannot anymore. I wrote email and they said this after 12 hours:
"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

After that I sent emails to them but they not responding and also I cannot login to my account still. I think they dont want to give me my winnings or even my deposit. What to do ? Is this scam and I will never get back my money? I will post you pictures from my account before they did this:
