They steal all win money and all deposits from people. So if you deposit there, you cannot withdraw a single crypto to you back. Total thief's.


I created account on 1xbit and deposited 250 usdt and then I lost that 252 usdt, and deposited 350 usdt. THen I won two games from table tennis and I get log out from my account after 5 minutes. I tried to login but cannot anymore. I wrote email and they said this after 12 hours:
"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

After that I sent emails to them but they not responding and also I cannot login to my account still. I think they dont want to give me my winnings or even my deposit. What to do ? Is this scam and I will never get back my money? I will post you pictures from my account before they did this:

I understand you way of thinking and it is perfectly normal. But I guess you are missing one thing.
1xbit gives back the user's deposit even if he was caught on cheating.
The problem in this case is that users who try to cheat open multi accounts on 1xbit, and a deposit can only be returned once.

Well yeah, at least in the short term, it's more profitable when every time they offer a bad line they just freeze (steal) the entire balance of anyone that gives them action on it.  Of course in the long run , acting ethically is more profitable than unethically.

In the end, bad line or not, the book offers action, the players decide which action to accept.  The book tries to offer the worst possible lines that they think the most players will accept.  And players look to take lines that they view as the most profitable.  It's a game, both sides are always trying to win.


If the book offers a bad line, they should obviously expect players to take it.  When this happens, it does not make it ok for the book to take the players entire balance.  If they do, it's stealing, plain and simple.  A players balance belongs to the player.  Just because the book has access to it doesn't give them any more rights to it than if it were physically in the players pocket.

In fact, I'd like to know that too. The only logical explanation for me may be that it is simply more profitable for them to leave games, and because they have a sensible detecting system, they catch all those trying to cheat. It is possible that the cheaters managed to earn from it before, and now they can not, hence the dissatisfaction and so many complaints.

Man, you are speaking useless. They offer that games, and people win, someone lose. I lost a  lot of money on that games, and you know what? I never see on my account lost game to be refunded. And I can see they not giving regular money to people who bet on tennis and table tennis. And also ok, they not give winnings. But Why not backing deposit money ? Mods/forum "officers" don't need to close any thread just because the user has many negative trust. Instead, there are warnings that you can see whenever you visit topic that they created. They let members judge and decide regarding it, they just give warnings if the creator has legitimate negative trust.

I need to understand your complain, you write that no one has resolved or attended to you which is somehow confusing. This your complain looks like it has been resolved but you still expect more attention to be drawn to you, maybe you should write the manager.
