this is a clear violation of every Victims right to claim their winnings.
Does a robber or a hacker have rights to keep the funds he has stolen? How does this differ from a guy who knows an outcome of the match, or tries to receive bonuses twice when they are only once available?

Regarding resolved cases, please refer to this post: /3b3gpOK]click

Some cases (including pm cases) are still pending answers, it will be posted soon.

You guys should ask yourselves first since you people have scammed huge amounts overall from different gamblers spread across different parts of the globe thanks to tempting odds, appealing advertising etc.

Observed that you keep sharing the link related to resolved cases, but what about the link related to the unresolved cases? I think we all know the answer to this particular question.

Your site's reputation will never recover which is why your explanations are basically pointless in my opinion.

If any man win then you will think and/or declare the man has known that the match will win/or loss. As a result you will freeze account and/or fund? I do not think it is fair. And if anyone knows something like that and then the result come opposite of the person then will you give money back to the person who has known the result of the match before ending the match??

They failed to work on their reputation, so the trick is to sell their casino as much as possible so that they can fish for new potential victims who have no idea what's awaiting them.

New accusations keep coming up each passing month, more than any old casino I know here in the forum. Why 1xbit?
Why don't we such many constant accusations against Deulbits, stake.com or sportsbet.io?

They are actually working to get their reputation back by offering a review of their casino which they pay for every review, creating a thread and resolving issues, and launching a signature campaign, after a few weeks they should have fixed all the issues since they have these three offerings, but unfortunately, they failed miserably because new accusations keep coming in. They are playing Jekyll and Hyde and this harms many new gamblers who are not aware of what they are doing.
Spending big amount of Money for their target regaining their reputation but they did not even Bother resolving the cases filed against them?

this is a clear violation of every Victims right to claim their winnings.

Why not  instead of spending the funds paying their campaign participants , then use the funds paying their debt from gambler?
Not one, not two you should know that 1×bit is resolving cases whether small or big. 1×bit had resolved many issues and complains so just don't come here and act like a solicitor. If you are not suitable with the way 1×bit is resolving their participants, writing a review should justify your claims.
If anyone is not satisfied please write a review and express your point, don't come here and act like a police. You have never play a bet on 1×bit platform and you are here writing like you have had any experience before.

After several emails, chats with live support and messages here in this forum, I couldn't even get a word from 1xbit about my situation.
Hello lemonn,

you have received a reply to your main email at the moment of closure. Using multiple accounts to receive bonuses twice and for arbitrage betting is prohibited at 1xBit.

Accordingly to the Terms and Conditions placed on the site, your accounts should be closed with a refund provided. The ~25 mBTC of deposits on the account [email protected] is way lower than the sum of your withdrawals - thus refund is no longer required.

1xbit.com stole my money.
1xBit doesn't stole money.

In case of an account being closed - our security checks it and, depending on the results, restores or refunds it - in both scenario funds are being returned to a player. It is written in our ToS and seen here on the forum.

The same pattern should apply here, once we got a reply about your case - we will post it in this thread. But still you will receive an email in case you didn't yet.

Sincerely,
1xBit team

1xbit dont want to pay my money, they refuse to give me my money, they steal from me!
I sent email, writing on chats, everything I did and they not responding to me anymore, and they not give me my money.
They refuse to give me the money I have on the account, they just logged me out from my account, and not give me anymore access. They stop collaboration without refund, or give me to withdraw my money. This is insane. If there is some 1xbit support on this forum, can help to get my money back to me, otherwise, this is big scam.

Account number: 319728587

Photo of the account before they logged me out:  https://ibb.co/92Hpf2W

STILL NOT ANSWER,NO MONEY, NOT REFUND NOTHING!!! MY ACCOUNT STILL CANNOT LOGIN!

Thank you for this response, Erdogan. I will gladly scan through the list of cases in the link you provided. Indeed, there will be consequences and sanctions for any illicit behaviour, but at least there were cases that has been resolved. After all, that is some progress, but apparently 1xbit still has a not so good reputation so more effort must be exerted to totally clear up their name.

Seriously? Don't believe whatever they are trying to sell. They may have resolved some cases, but that number pales in comparison to the number of unresolved cases. The amount that they scammed from their gamblers is pretty big.

This amount will keep growing as long as gullible gamblers keep investing here. No amount of effort can overturn their negative reputation.

I see you opened up a new signature campaign and seasonal signature campaign, you put a lot of efforts to it. I think you should also put some effort on resolving previous and existing issues and accusations you have against the 1xbit.com

Just like in marketing campaigns, support is involved in resolving complaints.
If you haven't been able to see the full list of resolved cases yet, you can find it here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.56150537
Not everyone is happy with the response, so there are negative comments, but unfortunately there are consequences when someone is trying to cheat the casino system.

🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine!
I noticed the signature campaign was restarted with a lower rate for all ranks, the first campaign is to observe the reaction of the community and how many members are willing to compromise their rank, now that they know it they will soon lower the pay rates until the participants will have no choice but to agree on what 1BIT will offer to their promoters.
I bet the in the future lower rank will get $10 per week and they will accept because they cannot go to any campaign even in the altcoin campaign.
They are basically following Yobit's model based on my research. They will continue dropping the rates as you mentioned and will probably reward their own pointless tokens instead of BTC in the future.

I would be surprised if my theory is wrong since they cannot afford to pay their participants for a long time.

All campaign have their roles and most said the manager and team have the right to change the payment rate at any time.
They are probably scamming their own participants by providing various excuses to justify themselves which shills like you will probably never notice.

Yes. They will probably continue this scheme until there are enough new suckers to scam. Once the money runs out, they will leave this forum again as they have done in the past. But for many of these idiots shills, there is no cause for concern. They've been there before. They'll get back in the game when the next scam becomes popular. Rinse and repeat.

Your argument has no basis at all, quite a good number of the signature campaign participants have participated in the previous campaign, and paying to lower is not a new thing in a signature campaign so you have to get used to it.

He has a good argument to be honest. If you will look at it better, you'll notice that no one that has good reputation wants to join on any of their campaigns here. Probably on review, there are since it shouldn't be biased, and just a review, not promoting the "scam" casino. Different from signature campaign where you use their signature and avatar, sometimes text. Imagine promoting some scam company, you'll just attract more victims.

They will never deal with unresolved issues, because if they deal with those issues, those players will have to pay back their money. And if they pay more attention to marketing, they will get more new players whose accounts can be blocked with any excuse and funds can be frozen. This is the old practice of 1xbit to generate revenue.

Even after their reputation is so bad, they do not make the slightest effort to change themselves. So nothing good can be expected from them.

I think this is why the spreadsheet was never updated cause 1×bit management was working on the new campaign that just started today. Once I noticed that the spreadsheet was not updated, I knew that the campaign was paused cause there is no way the campaign would on and the spreadsheet will not be updated.

Some of us do not always check the spreadsheet to know the number of posts that was accepted and other liable data about the campaign. The last spreadsheet was 21th week and nothing was updated since then, meany pause

I may be wrong who knows!
I stand to be corrected mates.

There you will find positively considered complaints from Bitcointalk users, and the total amount that was returned is 13 BTC.

So next time you write something, better check your source of information.
Stop acting coy. Anyone with a half-decent brain knows how shady and suspicious 1xbit truly is. There are way more negative complaints against them when compared to the positive feedback you keep sharing again and again.

You are basically part of the minority who is supporting this scam site for money. Reflect on your own stupidity first before trying to advise others shill.

After all, I have been asking you for a long time to present specific examples that we will be able to discuss.
Why don't you give an example? I would be happy to explain everything to you.

BTW: Thank you that you dont insult me anymore. I hope that our discussion will go to the right direction. Wink It's a good sign  Cool
