1xbit.com stole my money.
I sent email, writing on chats, everything I did and they not responding to me anymore, and they not give me my money.
They refuse to give me the money I have on the account, they just logged me out from my account, and not give me anymore access. They stop collaboration without refund, or give me to withdraw my money. This is insane. If there is some 1xbit support on this forum, can help to get my money back to me, otherwise, this is big scam.

If you link to any unanswered complaint, I'm sure support will take care of it. Just give an example and don't use empty phrases like "tons" of cases .. show them if you know where are this cases.

And it will keep on growing bigger. According to them, all these people who ended up getting their accounts frozen ALL ended up trying to scam the website. Do you really believe that the casino actually has this many people who are trying to scam this website.

you could ask @1xbitscam to do KYC and you would also ask his supposed alts to do kyc then you could come here on the forum ask some DT members to enter these accounts so that they would witness that they really are alts accounts and that would prove that you are talking to true, but I imagine that not even OP was given this opportunity to do KYC and prove his innocence

If the site is reputable he can say that to take time and wait for the answer, but this is a notorious scammer they will make you wait and if you are not doing follow-up or letting the community know the issue, they will just ignore.
Unfortunately, they are not giving a reasonable explanation, what they are giving is a decision that favors their side, no wonder the number of scammed players is growing.

Lol it's been week when he open His problem  but there is still no response , it is easy for you guys to Point it like that because you are being paid for signature campaigning but you are not those who suffers trouble with their funds.

This is very interesting they really need a court order to expose those accounts on Binance, and for all, we know this could be a dummy account also from one of their employees, I agree that they need to form a group to take up legal actions it's costly but they can finally stop this casino from operating if ever they form a group they should keep it to themselves of some their actions.
Scammers are good at alluding to their identity and their location, they need a good lawyer that is an expert in a gambling operation. 

As far as I can tell from the blockchain transactions, all 1xbit campaigns on this forum were funded from the Binance account. Therefore, at least the so-called "owner" 1xbit_official should not be so anonymous to law enforcement, since Binance provides such information upon request with a valid warrant.

I agree. Most of them basically give up thinking that it's a losing battle due to 1xbit's anonymity aspect as I mentioned earlier. Another reason why they give up is because they fear exposing themselves for various reasons.

If some of them somehow muster up the courage to file a lawsuit together along with information related to 1xbit and its employees, they could help shut the site down.

However, that would still be a difficult fight primarily because this site is backed by powerful people who won't back down easily based on my research.

If the victims get together to fight the 1xbit scammers in a Court of law with one group action then they have much better chances of succeeding. Victims should not have to give up after they have been scammed, they should stand their ground and try their best to ensure the list of victims does not grow easily by posting here against the scammers and by trying to get them to Court to face justice.

It is highly unlikely that you would accept the claims of any other forum member since you are extremely subjective and biased.

This is the biggest lie on the internet. This company will only steal your money, and the deposit and all the money received from the matches. They first will turn off your withdrawal options, so you cannot withdrawal your funds, second block your account, you will not be able to log in, and when you send them an email they will reply to this: " Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
My luck, before they close my account I did some photo screenshots from my deposit, balance, my games where I win, and close your withdrawal options. Everything showing legal, and I have not violated any terms, but they are violating terms because they stealing my money, and not giving my money on balance of the account.
This is insane, this is illegal, this company is total fraud, and they have not licence for betting.
I sent emails, live chat, nothing helpped and they ingore. (hope here will try to fix this and back my money)

They will have to spend thousands of dollars more if they are going to do this, it's better to tell the world what they did to them so people will not be experienced what they've gone through if all the accusations are baseless then why do new people keep posting that they have been scammed and they post their screenshot and all proofs to make their claims legit, these are not allegations but confirmed fact.

Anonymity? Reread my post thoroughly before replying. Some of the accusations against 1xbit may be baseless, but the majority are not and there is a ton of proof to support such claims.

If legal action has been taken against 1xbit by anyone, why is there no official information about this?
If people like konabel / kontraktwel who claims to have lost 0.55 BTC are not taking legal action, is it not puzzling to you why they are not doing so?
It is clear to me that these are baseless accusations, and that is all about it.

You case will be settled and you don't need to be in haste for now so give the 1×bit management time to resolve your issue with reasonable explanation to the enquiry. Similar problem had been settled so there is no need to be pondering about your displeasure. Your case will be resolved with time.
