No responsibility for that? I made no deposits no bets and no withdraws after I had over 190mBT in my account balance. I just got my account closed and after that I got 0 replies from Security.
Sorry but I call it scam and I'm still looking for answers. Where are my 190mBT? why can't I have access back to my account? which rules did I violate? What is my case in fact?

Both support and marketing teams don't have access to the investigation details and don't see violations committed. Thus, the support team expect the first scenario.
