My proposal is both rational and truthful and it is how most books solve such issues with their users. Naturally, you wouldn’t recommend bringing a mediator because

1. You don’t have a valid gambling license
2. You seem to be more happy in scamming everyone in the name of “violation of rules”. Learn something from other books who do mention if there was a violation committed by a user what it exactly was?  No one is asking you to reveal your methods but the point that you can’t even give a reason why my account was blocked is ridiculous and keeps on proving that you like to scam when someone wins a decent amount

What is this “another account” you speak about? This is new now. I had only one account and it was active from December until May when you blocked it. I have done numerous bets and transaction on the account without any issues. This seems to be your modus operandi for gaining user’s trust and then back-stabbing them by blocking account during withdrawal.

You guys have a lot of bad karma & it is just a matter of time before you guys close shop!

I am very curious if you have ever checked the hundreds of cases you write about, or have you ever consulted the casino rules ?!

Wearing a signature doesn't necessary change someone's opinion. No doubt, it's a fair point to ask for evidence from both parties.

Your proposal lacks rationality and truthfulness. For example, it is very easy to claim non-involvement in another account if transactions were made from different wallets/devices. But this is far from the only way to figure out duplicate accounts or other violations. And respected community members can't know this unless you show it to them. Naturally, we will not reveal our methods, because this will give an understanding of how not to be caught next time, and if a person tries to cheat - he wouldn't show it either.
In this situation, it would be right enough to close this account and leave the user's funds to the bookmaker as a penalty - this is what some organizations do.
But since we don't disclose the methods, it would be fair to make a refund. What has already been done in your case - the user withdrew more money than deposited from all his accounts.


There are a few dozens of complaints received in the past year, won't be even a hundred. Most of them were refunded publically. The others still refunded. 2 complaints with no refund provided due to character of the bets placed - they are simply lost.

Despite the fact that it is not a fiat casino, the security and privacy standard should be maintained.
I think that each case should be clarified individually and thoroughly, but I am not in favor of disclosing all details to the public.
First, it would be unfair to the players (in case of a casino mistake) and secondly, it would give ideas to the other scammers.

As long as these issues will be resolved in the back office such allegations won't go away, a different approach is needed!

Let the bookie try resolving these scam accusations using transparency....if someone abused a promo let them mention it. Fortunately this isn't a fiat casino so we don't expect fraud allegations such as players using stolen debit/credit cards.

Well well.. you are running their campaigns in your signature, that means they are paying you and you siding them makes sense but if you really bet on their website please share betslips and withdrawal transactions otherwise it will prove that you are just saying to make them look good

I do have evidence that I was scammed. In fact, I am still logged into the account (unlike most other folks) and can post betslips/transaction/etc. If you know a third party mediator who can help me resolve the issue, I am glad to share everything. 1xbit doesnt even seem to have a valid gambling license so I do not know whom to contact to resolve this.

Alternatively, if 1xbit team and the forum members are up for it, I can share it here, we take a poll from respected & trustworthy community members and if it is in my favour I get my winnings back. Again, I dont think 1xbit will agree to this if they were not a scam website!

The 1xbit scammers are using this forum to peddle their scam website by using their signature campaign to entice those at the bottom of the proverbial barrel by scraping them off it and using them to promote their 1xbit scam.

They also threads such as this one in an attempt to keep up the image of a genuine website and genuine business but we can see past their deception.

Well yes. There are a bunch of people taking advantage of the casino's reputation by giving false accusations and hoping to get them compensated. I understand that this casino wouldn't compensate that kind of user but there are a bunch of guys who got scammed by this casino and proven by the proofs and long discussion in this forum who didn't get compensated or get their money back. It is advised that this casino should solve their existing scam accusation so that their reputation would not end up so bad in this forum.

Problem is they can't provide any bet slips because 1xbit blocked access to their accounts.

As I rightly said before, if you have any evidence of illegal disconnection of your account because you won a big amount then you back your claim with evidence.

Yes, so rightly said scam books/casinos will not pay. I was a customer for 6 months before they pulled this scam on me. Please stay AWAY from this book at any cost unless you feel like donating your money! Their so called "Security Team" has not been able to log me out for a month now. Via these schemes, withdrawal amount already exceeded the deposited one, thus your accounts were suspended.
