Since you are a victim that has suffered financial loss you should report their scam website to their domain registrar and asked for it to be blocked. I suggested this to you previously too.

I find it hard to believe and I am sure most here will not believe what you wrote. If you took action to return stolen funds to a user there has to be an ulterior motive otherwise why would you do it?
It is not the first time we are returning deposits. To be precise - we do that for every case.The reason for most of the complaints is as following:

here his account gets closed with having funds in it, but if we calculate: he deposited 2x, he withdrew 2x. 2x = 2x.
He might deposit/withdraw on different accounts, and here we calculate deps/withdrawals on all of his accounts.
It might not seem that we let withdraw anything, but a player won't be in a negative balance in the end.
There are a lot of complaint where players seek for their wins/deposits, but if there is a violation (winning too much is not a violation, a reason to check your account at maximum), then — 2x is 2x.

After investigation our security team has concluded that the account violates our rules, but the player haven't withdrawn an amount that bigger than his deposits amount.Thus, odds were recalculated and final balance was allowed for withdrawal.
