your case does not really differ, your account had 0 balance at the moment of closure, which means a player have it spent (played or withdrawn). In both scenario there is nothing to refund.

Try to cancel the bets and you will see a lot of mBTs on balance. I didn't withdraw it.

Waiting comments about this links I shared. I had over 190mBT and it was told me it would be paid - they never were. Also why do you deny me to provide a bet history or a transaction history for my account? this is against your Terms and Conditions.

This is alarming to be honest, the people advertising outside of the forum doesn't know that this site is one big scam. I thought that they have already deleted their thread on the gambling but now I am not surprised considering they still have the audacity to promote their website. To be sincere, bookmaker have the right to cancel bet and frozen the fund/account of user that violate their T&C. From your statement, I believe you also agree they have the right to cancel your bet for a certain reason which you both don't explain. However, I read their T&C and it stated there already.

Anyway you said multiple times that when an account is closed due to terms violation you can return the deposit sum. I got no refunds so far. Also I had 190mBT when I complained about it. Didn't you check Roda's chat? You are ignoring that fact aswell.
