We have investigated your issue carefully. Your account didn't have any funds at the time of closure, and therefore there are nothing to refund.
Bets were placed accordingly to the rules. There are no obligations left on the company before player.
Every gambling site that used the same layout as 1xbit are a scammer and gambling seems not to fall for their trick again. The newbies with 2days old account (user ) and dammlyn is definitely a puppet account to lure innocent gamblers.
We gather all the complaints, doesn't matter what account it was posted from.
As you can see - most of the accusations are from newbies accounts, just like Dammlyn's.

Are you kidding me? Your security department closed my account for Terms and Conditions violation. Is it a lie?
On those cases you cancel all the bets and return the deposits. Am I not right? Explain me what I'm missing please.
Besides that I had over 190mBT when I accessed my account on last time! I shared chat conversations where your operator said that the missing funds would be credited once you solve the technical issues. Can't you see it?
