here's the answer so don't just hopeful for their reply that means nothing. the 1xbit's reply was just a formality they still managed to be formal even though they have a lot of negative trust here.

The fact that they have a neg trust of -13 says enough, doesn't it? You don't even have to argue about that anymore.
You should not expect that they will solve this. If they solve it, then their solution will be that you will get your deposit back, your winnings will be confiscated in any way. Unless it is a small amount.

Your latter opinion is what describe them, they are not honest there are so many old accusations that until now are not yet resolved they even have a thread here for resolving old scam issues, but until now they cannot lift the negative tag because they cannot resolve issues with high payout, I guess they will never resolve these issues.

1xBit representative is trying to sound that they are trying to resolve the issues to make it appear to new users that they are victim while running their campaign on other sites, it's time that this gambling site reported to the domain registrar and their host because they are using these platforms to scam people which is a big violation of their TOS, they are no different to scam ICO.

We already know that most victims are newbies? I think that the problems keep on and on, indicating that 1xbit is a fraudulent platform that has long been given negative feedback on this forum, but still people must have believed in gambling sites but I don't know why their policies are too heavy to deal with so that many account problems are deactivated but in my opinion it is better to close this thread than to become many victims.
I'm surprised to see that 1xbit doesn't have any promotions but this site is still a lot of people playing there.

They should resolve all the issues that are thrown at them, they are very active in advertising their site, I have seen their banner in publish0x.com and sometimes on Coinmarketcap, these are the only sites that I am aware of, but there could be other sites that they are advertising their gambling site, but the one thing that they should do is to resolve all the issues because these complaints will eventually catch them.

Your right but let's still give him some little light that 1xbit will resolve his issue since they give a word that they will build up their reputation right? Then this is the time to start fixing those issues, if 1xbit didn't do anything about those problems then it's time for them to packed up here since there's no users will trust them due to another scamming incident happened to this site again. Maybe best for mods to close this thread to avoid more victims to get scam again 1xbit prove that they are a bad site for so many times, although scams is not moderated but they should consider these scenarios happening here.
