I suggest you to focus on 1 thing and 1 account, and contact our security department (not a blocking department) directly from the email your account is connected to.
Even if that 1 case that they solve out of 5 cases is a real case and was not made up by themselves so that they can tell other members they're solving issues and with that fake trustworthiness, it still would be more profitable for them to keep going with their scam gambling website as from the looks of it somehow there are still some people that register for this website and start betting there.
They can just as easily get money from those 4 out of 5 that they don't solve and probably make up various excuses that these users acted against their TOS to not pay and refuse withdrawal.
In case of rules violation unfairly received wins could be frozen, but deposits are returned (in case they weren't withdrawned yet). Which means in worst scenario both a player and a casino will remain with a 0 loss.
