Representatives of 1xbit SOLVE THIS PROBLEM

Greetings Community, 1xbit. He wants to cheat me on the bonuses that I earned playing with them, I have accumulated 23 thousand bonuses, 1xbit refers to the rule that they can refuse anyone to accept bets. But I'm not going to bet, I want to exchange bonuses for money and withdraw them. The support service will refer me to the rule, we can not accept bids. Ok, just let me change the bonuses and that's it! It's 450 dollars
You are wasting your time

These 1xbit scammers are shameless and won't do anything about it. You just join the hundreds of 1xbit victims in forum and out there. I still wonder why you have continued using a casino that has been proven to be a scam several times in the past

Is it my imagination or that person is openly saying he wants to abuse the bonuses of a casino to withdraw them without betting?  Tongue
I mean, perhaps I am not understanding approperly what he is trying to say,  I thought that bonus abuse was a serious matter in any casino regardless of their reputation.

I do not think that admiting one's intentions to abuse the system would help in any way shape.or form for them to give you anything back. I am kind of confused, to be honest.

Did you even bother reading any of the earlier posts in this thread? If you did, you wouldn't waste your time trying to convince them in this manner since you clearly got scammed by them.

You will most likely never acquire your winnings which is why I advise you to file a scam accusation against them in this forum.

A little update here

Let's start with ghostingura2's situation - there is an option on 1xBit to ask for account closure if you know you are gamling addicted, and it is mentioned on the site. 1xBit can't control someone's actions and prevent them from any damage, that is a common sense i suppose.

nerdynaf, you should have received a reply from the security team already, please check your email.

There are still debates about our reputation on this forum, but our security and issue resolution team is not much of a difference with most of the casinos on this forum. You may find our first posts - even they've had a tough welcome due to the first managment mistakes. And we received a few accusations from trusted forum users where it's clearly seen form our side that their accounts broke the rules. Forum reputation isn't always accurate.

And a few updates for those who plays on 1xBit and visits the forum:

The first prize draw of 6 BTC lottery Super Six has been held - there are more to come.

Easter Invaders Adventure has been launched - slots event with a vast prize pool.

Our signature campaign has reached 78th week, it might be paused soon to face a few updates, watch out!

And a few small events for casino and slots are live, they will over in a few days.
See you in the next updates!

My account was closed with 86.04mBT in it by your Security Department. I need my funds please. That is less than my deposit sum because I had huge losses in all my other accounts.
The account in question is 271794039 < once again it has 86.04mBT in it.
Waiting reply. Thanks for cooperation.

Just ask your Security department to show you my account list and the Deposit Sum vs Withdraw Sum from it - you will notice that I should at very least to have access to those 86.04.

About my condition I'm already being medicated and just like I said I'm not playing since october 2022. Those funds are very needed to pay my debts and my meds.

Waiting answer @1xbit

At this point in time, I think these resolved cases in 1xbit's thread is just them trying to paint some colorful picture in an already greyed-out world they put their platform into. They're giving false hopes to a lot of people they scammed over time and using that to hopefully reel some new victims in because they are showing everyone that they're now good for their word and that they can now serve people as they should have been in the first place.

Still, for newbies out there who are reading stories of 1xbit making things right for those whom they wronged, take it with a ton of salt. Do not trust this platform blindly and read all the warnings before deciding to put your money in this place.
Yes, I totally agree with you on this very statement of yours that what 1xbit is doing is an attempt trying to lure people into believing they have repented and willing to settle non paid debts, not knowing it's all a trick into attracting new victims that may fall for such pretence.
And as such all forum newbies all new to be very careful of this scam casino and ensure never to deposit funds.

Well if they could just do that luring in this forum they cannot fully implement any deceiving tactics since there thread is full of warning about the past scams they made. Mostly their new victims came from outside since we don't see any high ranking members stated that they had been scam by them at the moment. If those existing victims just locate this thread for sure they will never compromise by this casino and avoid the possible scamming happened to them.

If you did research, you wouldn't write nonsense, but you would see that the signature campaign thread is locked.
If you did any research you would also notice that after my post spreadsheet was updated.
Silly little shill. Were you afraid that you got scammed by the scammers? It's pretty evident that your desperation led you to posting in this thread. Proper karma for advertising this shady site in this forum basically.

It is not as if we would care if that campaign ceased to exist in the forum out the sudden, though. Several people would consider it to be good news.
Well said. He was clearly worried about his payments which makes sense since it's 1xbit that we are talking about. Am expecting the site to fully stop their services in this forum in the near future.

Please give some clarity on that.
Clarity? Grow up and do something better with your life instead of selling your soul for money.

Can you please tell whether the signature campaign is running for current week or its over?

1xbit signature campaign thread is locked since 10th Jan 2023 but campaign is up and running until now.

Please give some clarity on that.

Assuming that what was said was true and the user did recover their money then I think this is the first time I have seen this happening with 1xbit, however this should be the standard any casino should be held, and as such one instance in which they did the right thing does not erase the hundreds of even thousands of times in which this was not the case.

And unless they correct all of those instances then 1xbit should still be regarded as a casino in which it is a certainty you will never see your money back, even if you happened to have luck in your side and won a few bets.

Hello @1xbit_official!

Signature campaign spreadsheet has not been updated for two weeks.

Does this mean the campaign is over or do we still have to post?

Why the heck didn't you ask them this query in their campaign thread? It's pointless asking them anything in this thread since they are rarely active here and you could have learnt this info by yourself if you bothered doing some research.

If you did research, you wouldn't write nonsense, but you would see that the signature campaign thread is locked.
If you did any research you would also notice that after my post spreadsheet was updated.

Thank you @1xbit_official for update of week 81.
There is missing week 80 and info about continuation of campaign.

If I saw some campaign thread locked I would immediately assume that the campaign was put on hold or it has ended for some reason. After all, if it is locked, people cannot apply on it and the manager cannot update the state of the payments for everyone to see. Anyways, it does not matter.

It is not as if we would care if that campaign ceased to exist in the forum out the sudden, though. Several people would consider it to be good news.

If they were actually legit, they would have focused on clearing their scam accusations instead of paying random people.

I think they can't find a reason to take my money, it's just a small amount for them ($140). 1xbit must have read my complaint here and unlocked it without telling me a word.
It is a small amount for them, but I know people who got scammed for less since 1xbit is greedy as hell. Also, their team rarely checks this thread anymore which is why I doubt they found out about your issue from this thread.

Anyhow forget that you will get your 140$ back. If by any chance, you got it back, then take the money and never come back at 1xbit again.
It seems that he already recovered his amount which mentioned above though it's tough to believe for many which makes sense.

How they would love to read the message here if they can read all negative comments against their service. For sure they ignore this thread because they cannot gain back the trust of veteran users here. The only option they could do is to run a short time signature campaign then go.

Everyone should understand that its better to avoid this well known scam casino than trying to risk just for the sake of entertainment.

thanks everyone
They reopened my account, I withdrew all my deposit, but the bets I won became 1
That's still better than losing money, thanks everyone for the support.
Everyone should consider when they win bets here.

You're lucky to get your money back. Many complaints here are not resolved because they're just ignoring the gamblers. I hope this will serve as a lesson for you to not play again on this platform, 1xbit can't be trusted so DYOR always.

But anyway, this incident won't affect their reputation here, because the fact is still clear that 1xbit is scam and the gamblers should stay away playing on this platform.
Yes, in almost all cases, no cases were resolved by 1xbit, while he was a new user, suddenly it could be resolved randomly, strangely, new people complained about the same problem and it was resolved too, but I also don't want to accuse him of being part of the team, after all, the problem was resolved. will not change the bad reputation 1xbit.

I also think there is something strange about the complaints and problems but as a suggestion still have to be warned that this site is dangerous so beginners should stay away from this site if they don't want to lose money, always pay attention to the site's reputation

This is the first time I've heard of 1xbit.com reopening a locked account; I haven't seen or heard anything like it in a long time.

I hope this is not a socket puppet account by 1xbit.com, but if it is not a socket puppet account then congrats for receiving access back to your account and it was a very smart move for you to have withdrew all your money from it.

After all of these experiences, I doubt you'll continue to use 1xbit.com. Instead, make sure you do your research thoroughly before using any other casino so you don't end up in the same situation as 1xbit.com. Congratulations once more, bro.

Yeah, that is what I thought. We cannot be sure whether he is an actual gambler who suffered the same others have and got his accounts locked without reason or it is an alt account controlled by someone working for this casino. For now, I will give the benefit of the doubt to him.

Congratulations and please from now on, only gamble on reputable casinos which do not need to lock accounts or make gamblers to lose time like they did to you.

Be careful next time and always do your own research.

I'm a real player, I don't work for 1xbit. If I had read the comments here, I wouldn't have deposited in 1xbit. I think they can't find a reason to take my money, it's just a small amount for them ($140). 1xbit must have read my complaint here and unlocked it without telling me a word.

How do you think that 140$ is a small money for 1xbit ? They will pay some of their signature participants with this scammed money and keep on running their signature campaign. That's how they are still alive, keep scamming the players and keep on spending the scam money for the promotion of their scam site.
Anyhow forget that you will get your 140$ back. If by any chance, you got it back, then take the money and never come back at 1xbit again.

Oh that's a nice news to see. You can't blame people here for speculating that you are working for 1xbit since this is rarely happening that 1xbit really paid someone. They have been a known scammer for a long time now and I believe they are the most distrusted casino here that still try to promote their casino here. Can you post at least the transaction id of the money you had received from 1xbit to give people a hope? This is actually my first time seeing someone withdrawn their money from 1xbit and it's really a big news if you are telling the truth. But yeah, even you have posted it, The way that the community see 1xbit now will never change.
