Even if you only allow the player to get the deposited sum, you will notice that I didn't get my deposit sum, considering the losses from my other account -> 268491469.

Yes. I sent all tickets I could and all emails to info@ and security@ even for this user I sent private messages. I never got any answer from him.
Regarding to 1xbit support only info department answers me and the answer is that security already answered me and they can't do anything because it is a different department. The only email I got from security is stating that my account was being closed. They didn't mention anything about my funds. It is simple scam.
Info email: "Dear Customer,
The Security Department has already provided you with all consulting on the matter of your gaming account. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with more information concerning this request because it is out of our jurisdiction."
Security email:"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."
