As I seen, all the scam accusations are real, and yahoo helped some people solved the issues, if they are fake, why yahoo helped? And one case is solved, it means they indeed scammed.

@Triload. That is sad to see. 1Xbit had the widest selection of sports provided. I am still hoping all accusations will get resolved in the future. How was it proven that the accusers were telling the truth?
Accusations should be resolved as soon as possible, no need to wait "in the future". You still doubt about the accusation? So go to the scam accusation boards and find it by yourself.

Last post before yours was 11 days ago, I think the site lost popularity after the campaign ended, the campaign required 1 post per week. No one is interested in this site, because it is scam.
As I checked now on the trust system of 1xBit.com, it was tagged by shorena for Unresolved scam accusation, so until it is resolved we will not see people coming here more often.

Well it looks like this ship is going down. They stopped paying for their campaign so there is no one here to defend this scam of a site. They just suddenly all stop caring about the welfare of their casino boss and just jumped shipped when they stopped paying. Hence no more defenders here. They were just there when the money was rolling in and they did not really play on the casino and don't care whether it was a scam.
Ironically, those people defended for a scam site because they were paid to shill, they knew this is scam but they had to say positive, now no campaign therefore they don't defend for this site.

Sad you have no legal expenses insurance, otherwise you could sue them directly in Curacao!
I guess the most legal expenses insurances would refuse to bear the costs in betting affairs.
At least my legal expense insurance in Germany did so as I filed a suit in Belgium against a Belgian off- and online casino & sportsbook so I had to take over all costs by myself (court proceedings still pending; trial is in February 2018).
Don't know how it is in the US or other countries in the world.
First time I hear that someone reported a gambling account issue to his legal expenses insurance. Could you please quote the paragraph based on what they denied to pay the legal proceeding costs and or what their explanation was?

The sad part is that enforce our money is financially makeable for only a small percentage of the total damage, but I think most of the players are brain washed by the paid shills and affiliates.
Imagine our justice system would work based on forum complaints: Every time a criminal offense/damage is committed, you report it in the forums and that's it! No police, no courts! That would be crazy, wouldn't it?

Why it is not the right place to post something about this site. It is an official ANN thread, people are free to post something as long as it is related to the site. If there is an issue, of course it is good to post it here because it is useful news for others who want to try the site. Would you prefer to see a clean thread without any negative feedback but in fact there are some serious problem on the site that may make you lose your btc?
What do you want, make a scam accusation in this thread or make an own thread regarding that scam accusation?

The main scam post will be buried with lots of new replies since the discussion is general. Look at now, there are even posters quoting a whole post. That's why back then I suggest to one of the user here to make a scam accusation so that it will be intact on one single section and will easy to locate. And look the output is good and they settled the issue (although not that fair based on the side of complainant).

These should be answered by 1xBit, because if they won't answer such things, we (the ones who advertise them) might get into trouble.
It is for sure that we will hear from these people that we are doing it on our own consent and not being asked by them personally to do so, but being a reputed member of this community, I would still ask them to show up and give an explanation to prove themselves not guilty.
You have 2 huge issues:
1) False and misleading claim to have a license
2) Your managing director is a criminal who assisted to embezzle over US $15 million!

I guess it's better to make a scam accusation than just shouting here that this site is scam, that would not help you if you are telling the right because we have the right venue for that. I see there's plenty of scam accusations about this site but they have acted it already although not so fast as expected.There are at least 3 scam accusations against this site, one more is pirated slot scam accusations. The other two lists here. It is a obvious warning to avoid this site.

Indeed, posting scam accusation here will then warn people about the possible scam the Casino will do to their funds while in deposit on their site. If 1xBit is really not a scam site then, there is nothing to worry, they will resolve it or prove that they are not that kind of a Casino site. And make all the accusation useless and baseless.
