Never use VPN to bet here, since this site has so many complaints, I personally avoid it. They can ask for ID, and if they find your ID is from the banned countries, they will not hesitate to confiscate all of your funds.

I guess they'll understand it, that is not new to them, I bet using vpn in some sites but there's no problem that I have encountered yet. Asking for ID is insane, what would be the use of being anonymous if we are required to give our real identity, I believe it will only happen in a case to case basis.

The site does look good, however with all these negative threads it's hard to use it, unless the website could prove these users guilty of something they should be allowed to withdraw -at least the original capital if the website could prove they done something illicit-

Lol isn't it reasonable to join and earn while advertising a company that you like? Aside from that that 8 months experience of betting to the site might have experience that can help by giving possible advice to other player of 1xbit if ever they encounter some problem.

It is incomprehensible for me how 1xBit.com handles here. I was the first one here in this forum who asked for help and he does not help me. Now he is lying and ignoring me... Well majority (even on my side) doesn't having an experience of a slow response from the site.

Here are some of the factors you might want to try:

-Internet Service Provider (check the speedtest and run ping test)
-Browser Problem (check other browser if it's the same)
-Clear browser data, cached, cookie etc.
-Location

did you try to use a different browser when entering this site? Well if not try to access by usinh different of it and if the problem will still occur well i think you need to stop on using that if you want really to play at them, and also try to read backwards first so that you can see some information and maybe you could learned from those one.

Although, there are some users have issues but I have never experienced such thing and my bet always going so well.

It's run smoothly, although .com domain quite slow loading, my connection have good signal(use 4g).

Just check your connection and browser, some users have same issue before.
