The marketcap is 3.3+ billion I think if I'm not wrong.
If multiplied by 100 then it will reach $84, still $16 short to reach $100 per xrp.

Ripple is a good coin in my opinion, but it will be idiotic to think and invest in the hope that the price will reach $100.
As said earlier, ripple can reach $10 max someday with the help of bitcoin. If bitcoin gets a huge peak in near future.

If I get some extra fund now, I will enter ripple market with the current price and I will be in profit in coming days for sure.

I think that this forecast is unrealistic. In order for the ripple to become such a road, it must have a large capitalization. These are unrealistic figures.

Are you in dreamland buddy? 1XRP=$100 is only possible in dreams but not in reality for sure.
It is not possible in any way to reach that much with 100 billion total supply or 39+ billion in circulating supply.
Ripple can reach up to $10 maybe with the help of bitcoin. I mean, if bitcoin gains a huge peak then ripple may reach $10 someday.

I wonder if it's possible at all. 100 $ in 2018? It would have to be some crazy year for this currency. Xrp can, for now, dream about achieving a new ATH. With such a large circulating supply, you have to wait for such a large increase for a long time.

Or maybe it wont happen at all, this speculations are too good to be true, the value of xrp vs the numbers of coins needs a lots of money,
it can happen if banks will truly adopt the system and they played it to pumped the value. but nonetheless that amount is really a big
speculations that needed to be funded by a huge investors.

$100 with high supply i think it is so hard. just to be thinking of realistic here, perhaps max they will reach $5 in this year. to be honest, i'm also a fan of ripple (XRP) but to reach $100 in this year perhaps you should are dreaming.

Ripple is not really a scamcoin, it is still profitable for investors and its business still works very well. I think that is just FUD to reduce the value of XRP.
I can predict the price of XRP at the end of 2018 which is $ 5. I am very confident in their business ideas and technology. XRP is considered to be a very big corporation at the moment. I highly appreciate its cooperation with major banks in the world.

how can that be? Currently there are 40 billion XRP circulating in the market. And if the price of 100$ / 1XRP, its market capitalization will be 4000 billion. If so then the bitcoin price will go up 1 million. It can not be

Its not decentralized, as many people think so, neither do i
However, i would say that Ripple would get tons of advantage and benefit being the first "Centralized" bank crypto

I mean lets be realistic, if bank are looking to implement/test with blockchain, they will look forward Ripple, we can't deny this fact.
However, 1 XRP priced at $100 would be insane, that would result itself a $10 Trillion marketcap. $10 trillion for one coin is insane

You're right that market cap is the important thing, but I think there is certainly a chance that XRP could hit $10 this year. It already hit $3 in January, and we still have 10 months to go. There is a lot of good news about Ripple, it seems almost daily. Particularly with xRapid, which is the Ripple solution that absolutely requires use of the XRP token.
I wouldn't be hugely surprised if XRP became number one in market cap. It may happen, it may not... but it is certainly possible.
But $100 does seem extremely unlikely.

This is a completely pointless thread. $100 XRP would be ~4 trillion dollar market cap. At this rate we'll be lucky if the entire crypto market cap finishes the year between 1-2 trillion. 4 trillion for the entire market would still be massive. But for a single (mostly hated and centralized coin) to have that is literally impossible.
