As I'm traveling a lot, I want to have 2 SIMs (mine and a local one for cheap internet) + I love to take pics with my phone, instead of separate camera.

Go for the Galaxy Note 8. The Asian versions come with a dual-SIM slot, so you're able to put two SIM cards. Also, it has one of the best rated cameras on the market at the moment. I own one and I have no regrets about buying it. Alternatively, you could try the Huawei Mate 10, pretty good camera but I'm unsure whether it has a dual-SIM card slot. Good luck finding a phone.
I think you can buy samsung galaxy j7..this is 2sim and perfect camera

Samsung galaxy j7core is really a good phone with multi tasking.
I recommend go for huawei nova 2i (Also known as Huawei Mate 10 Lite).This phone has rear 2 cams and back 2 cams.This phone has good specs to that price.

OPPO A37 is android with dual sim and dual camera is best equipped with Snapdragon 410 Quad-core processor 1.2 GHz cortex A53 and combined with GPU ADreno 306 as graphic processor. And marketed at a relatively cheap price.
samsung j dual SIM is my favorite
because in my opinion samsung j series has a sharp camera performance
so that every important moment can be saved with a perfect picture,

I would recommend using Huawei P9 dual sim, in mine point of view it has the best ratio between quality and the price. Since my Mom is using one I can clearly state that the photo resolution quality is very high. 
Xiaomi Redmi 4 Pro is indeed a great product, highly recommended ; )
