Huawei p10 lite isn't bad for its money
I can recommend you to look for one of the Xiaomi smartphones. As far as I know, there are a lot of models for 2 SIMs and their cameras are pretty great too. Check some smartphone comparison services in order to choose a good option for you. Honestly, I think it is one of the best Android manufacturers these days...
why much people recommended the samsung J series? that is the lowest type between J, E, A, and S series. the best is ofcourse S type. also, the S7 got dual sim.

You used samsung A5..its camera is so nice & focus are very good
Samsung J series good. If you like bigger go for J7, or not J5
maybe you can choose xiaomi redmi 4a
Right now, my smartphone is Samsung Galaxy A7 2017. It serves me well, takes good quality pictures (especially the front camera which is also 16 mp) and has a different filter built in with the camera app. The phone is also IP68 certified, so it's okay to submerge it underwater up to 1.5m and 30 minutes. It's a good phone.

The dual sim Asus Zenfone 3 (ZE552KL model) has an awesome camera (f-stop of 2.0) and the phone is actually quite reasonably priced.
I have read some really good reviews for the Hwuawei P9 camera as well. It uses quality Leica lenses.

you won't get dual sim with a better camera than that. i had a play with one and it was great.
there's tons of chinese dual sim stuff but they never seem to devote much effort to the camera. they all seem to have the same sensors. and with most chinese phones the second sim card slot won't be 4g or even 3g sometimes.
