Yeah i think people take advantage in both situations, bear market gives some people the opportunity to buy at a reduced price, bull market gives the majority the opportunity to sell high, either way it is a win - win situation,

It will take more years before we will be able to reach another bullish market if we were wanting the year 2017 ath gives. So still find ways to earn in these stage. We can still earn a little and try to determine coins or alts that will be still in the market in a long run. Some alts already lose their value in this 2 years so better assure that what we hold will still able to make it in the next bull.
