I am glad things are being fixed properly and set up in such a way that the system cannot be abused, we will all benefit from this. After it is all done, we'll be able to use a site that is robust and reliable. It's worth the wait, even if it is a few days. Can't wait to throw some more BTC into this project as soon as it gets back online.

I guess it would be better for it to be fixed now than later down the road. Had a lot of issues too with the lv12 package but im glad you refunded it and decided to get it fixed first. Anyways, hope the site comes back up soon.

i never have problem claiming faucet with this before..
but today ive got this "An error occurred: Please note that someone with this IP already claimed the faucet!" what happen?
Can't you read any of the previous posts? Or at least the last admin post? If you go back some pages you will se what is happening and all the admin updates. He is having some issues with the Proxy/VPN checker used to avoid fake accounts and he is trying to fix asap.but today ive got this "An error occurred: Please note that someone with this IP already claimed the faucet!" what happen?

thanks for understanding we are working hard to get the sitr back up operational. we did not anticipate such a long downtime for this maintenance but many problems arise unexpectedly throughout the process and we arre so sorry for it.

yes, seems like the problem is identified.
the issue is tricky because we dont want to disable the proxy/duplicate IP checker to prevent major abuse of our faucet
so we're looking for a workround to fix this and that is why its taking longer than expected

UPDATE: The site has been restored successfully but it seems like for some reason everyone is unable to log in due to our VPN/Proxy check. We are working on this now and will resolve it soon so everyone can log in to their accounts again. We are again so sorry for the inconvienencies and delays. We are doing our best and we really needed to fix these crucial problems on the server before proceeding with further operation.
Any upgraded users will be compensated for the downtime after we have resolved all issues with the site functionality.
will update further when we have fixed login issue.
i can't claim in ~20hours so your compensaion minimum 300*60*20= ~360.000 satosi i can log in perfect but can't claim
and i will wait you to solve this problem

i cant give any ETA yet since it's my server admin who is working on the problem but he says it can take anywhere from one to a few hours
again so sorry for the downtime everyone but theres some major issues we really have to fix first which we wish we had seen early on before launch, but it's better to fix these things now than later when we have even more members.

.. Everyone likes jumping on the scam boat should they not be able to make free money for a few hours.. I submitted a ticket (Ticket ID: ########) about the vpn/proxy issue, but I did not realize it was widespread.. I would point out that sifter already said that upgraded accounts will receive some sort of compensation for this downtime, and to calm down, that they are working as fast as they can to bring the site back up.Its not free money, we invested real money into it..... wow I guess you don't even understand the basic concept of the service here.

Nope, I don't understand the basic concept of the service here.. You can't expect any rank 1 people here to understand the concept of paying for something and assuming it will work 100% of the time and then flinging mud when it doesn't.. Not going into account of the people who have sent digital coins to this site for more perks, it functions like many faucets which administer a predetermined amount of a good, all that you need to do is turn the spigot. I already acknowledged that people are invested in this site, but even google has times where it crashes, but it happens so infrequently because of redundancy in the servers that it is never noticeable. I know what it is like to invest money into stuff and then have unexpected outages and maintenance after they have taken my money.. You are paying for a good that might not necessarily be there with 100% uptime, for whatever reason. This issue even happens with cryptos that are subject to forking. I worked in pools where the site would go down for, at most one time 3 days, because of a forced fork in the chain. When people aren't getting paid, they feel ripped off. So yes, I have no understanding of this concept..
