I don't think, unless it's your own fan page. Why would he even offer when he can post on his own to their groups and pages?
If he offers payment for you to post on other's pages, expect the spammers spamming in number of pages and friend's profiles.

Can a new facebook acount be used on this compaign ?
You must have at least 200 friends on Facebook to join this campaign. If you have it I think there is no problem...

I find it very strange that someone selling book that shows how to make 1 bitcoin a week for as low as 0.025BTC = ~ $ 11.14
It is very doubtful, because OP sells the book for $ 11.14 if you can earn 1 BTC per week?

Always good to see a facebook offer like that, unfortunelly your requirements are very high... 400 friends on facebook to earn only 20.000 satoshi is too little. Another good facebook campaign (Crypto-Games.net) pays 100.000 satoshi each 10 days and there is no one requirement.
