imo awards of some type should go to whole top10 esp that few in first top5 is questionable with numbers vs popularity and exchanges

I agree with your statement. In times with that much scam coins all devs, who got a lot of votes, deserve it.

My vote goes to Evan Duffield. His intellect and skill as a developer are evident to all who recognize that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. His influence on crypto-coin development is rivaled only by Satoshi Nakamoto. More than intellect and skill, he has a drive and dedication that is evidenced by his work ethic over this holiday season; consider--https://github.com/darkcoin/darkcoin/commits/v0.11.0.x

More than any of these things, Evan Duffield has my vote due to his ability to rise above the fray of crass, self-serving, grasping promoters/developers of other coins whose primary objective apparently is financial gain, no matter what the cost. His humble and non-confrontational disposition is clearly seen in his willingness to engage in polite conversation, and invite positive input, from trolls spewing invective and claiming to have found major flaws in his work. While I am certain my young children have no interest in anything Evan has written, they could certainly read any of his posts without offense. In today's world there is a great difference in being intelligent, effective, and good. Evan has my vote because as far as I can see, he is all three.

That said, it grieves me to note that my vote will probably not be counted. I was attracted to BCT due to my need for privacy in the work that I do. I am not in a position to use anything but this account to make my choice known. I consider it something of an affront to logic that a site supposedly dedicated to privacy, and voting for heroes who help make it possible, have chosen to limit voting to media, such as Facebook and Twitter, that true lovers of privacy eschew. None the less, my appreciation for Evan Duffield, compels me to post this.

Peace to you all...

I vote Hondo. Stealthcoin comes with the most innovative wallet ever seen in Crypto and i think he will come up with a other solution for the chandran signatures!

The Protocol for the Audience Economy
[Voting Period Final Update]

We are approaching the end of the year, 2014. What a year it has been for all cryptos. We have witnessed the evolution of this remarkable protocol into the many platforms that are helping spread the bitcoin philosophy with the help of many dedicated and talented people. Each in their own way reflecting the image that they envision and believe in. It is there that the communities, consisting of many people like you and i, find a common ground, a place that resonates with our beliefs. As we support and help expand this idea, we witness the remarkable movements that have occurred in this field. A field that does not care for the false corporate beliefs. Those that have taken power away from the people and in turn placed our futures in the hands of those that lack a true field of vision. Standing in front of them are like-minded individuals like Patrick Byrne who believe in a system that is open and favors the open p2p mentality.

Coins Source and I would like to thank those who have honored this mentality. We have seen the amazing comments left by people through this PoH process. We have seen communities come together in a way never before seen. You have made this possible by taking the time to honor those who are the forefront of this battle. Happy Holidays and I look forward to continue this path in the coming year.

I have gone through most of the votes and have placed what i could in the below google document - please go through it and let me know if anything needs to be modified. This is not the final count or an official count though i have filtered many aspects and gone through quiet a few manually. The fake accounts still needs to be reviewed by Coins Source. I have included the Bitcointalk votes + Twitter + Facebook.

i vote for kingscrown since id have to be an idiot to not do so.
yet i dont get why kingscrown is so far on the page http://www.coinssource.com/vote/

shouldnt we be alphabetically or by the time we accessed the voting and won it?

also imo bitcointalk votes should be worth more than twitter/facebook - hard to fake Hero member here, yet easy to fake big twitter of FB account.
