He has Been 100% completely honest and transparent from day 1 of NOBLE launch. Which in this scene is not just a rarity but a aberration.
When scammers tried to discredit the charitable water Fund project with scam donations he covered them from his own pocket (not from the pre-mine). And has stood up to the Fudders and attackers at every turn with poise and strength of conviction that I have not seen anywhere else in this scene. He has had multiple chances to cash out and pocket significant amounts (multiple years of his normal income) and has never even taken from the pre-mine to cover his own expenses. The amount of time and effort he has spent making this scene a honorable place is unparalleled. I say unparalleled because he has not been compensated for this time as most if not all of the other nominees have.
And that is not even mentioning the Marketplace where he has covered all costs from his own pocket. The Noble Act site is a testament to his vision and his integrity is beyond reproach IMHO. He has even offered to buy back at a loss to those that invested and lost money when the market downturned! I ask you What other DEV has EVER done that!

Besides what has been done already he is building a simulator and doing a new algorithm for Guldencoin by using the simulator for testing. He has even done 2 live coding sessions and I can tell you he does not copy and paste code like a lot of other devs do. This guy is a beast.
Just to add the simulator will be made open source for other coin devs to test algorithm changes against their blockchains.

I want to vote for RAT4. From day one I have learned so much from him and he truly deserves this award. Rat4 has helped advance crypto by miles. He has saved many coin projects from catastrophes and unselfishly helped many devs. My deepest gratitude to rat4
