Xapo is ridiculous, anyone willing to use it?
I use them and it works just fine. Their webinterface is meh, but their app works great.

I wanted to provide some clarification on the Xapo card for you. Hopefully you are open to update and feel free to let me know if you have questions.

Xapo debit card:
Maximum card balance: There is no maximum. You can spend directly anything you have in your main wallet.
ATM withdrawals: $400 if you dont provide any ID or proof of address. Goes up to $2000/day as soon as you provide this info
POS purchases: Up to $2500 without ID/address. Goes up to unlimited when you provide this info
Monthly fee: Was removed in September last year. We pay this for our users

Note that we are not a preloaded card. Meaning you dont need to spend btc and load fiat onto the card. We withdraw bitcoins and load those funds in fiat onto the card immediately when the card is swiped.

The rest is correct. Let me know if I can clarify anything else  Smiley

You say bitplastic can be used without identification being verified. I assume you have to provide at least an address for them to send it to. Although that's not identification verification it gives them a good idea who you are.

There are two rows for "POS Purchases". What's the difference between the two? Is one indicating the max amount permissible per transaction and the other is the fee charged to that POS transaction?

We love Bitcoin! We can't look further forward to using bitcoin as a mean of purchasing everywhere! Bitcoin Debit Cards provides an extrordinary way of using bitcoin; it is not only fast but easy and simple.

There were some bitcoin debit providers, such as Diamond Circle, Cryptex, and Coinjelly, which are no longer available.
Meanwhile, in 2015, there are 4 main bitcoin debit card providers which are available internationally without geographical limits on residency or spending.,Xapo, ANX, BitPlastic, and Wagecan- a potential star.

Let's take a colser look at why Wagecan, such a freshman in the bitcoin industry, is referred to as a potential star by comparing Wagecan to the rest of the major BTC debit cards providers available on the market nowadays below.

Basic review:

Xapo
https://xapo.com/
Xapo is incorporated in Hong Kong and is based in Palo Alto.
In addition to issuing Bitcoin debit cards, Xapo also provides wallets and cold storage.

WageCan
https://www.wagecan.com
WageCan was founded and registered in Seychelles, and based in California and Taiwan.
WageCan provides a bitcoin wallet with interest and bitcoin debit card.

ANX
https://anxpro.com/
ANX was established in July 2013 and is legally registered and based in Hong Kong. ANX is Bitcoin exchange platforms.

BitPlastic
https://bitplastic.com/
BitPlastic was based in Russia and did not provide any further information reg  is the most mysterious one. Its debit could be used at POS, ATM, and online without identification being verified. However its limitations and fees are unfriendly.

Fees
providers of bitcoin debit cards are charging the planned, one-time ordering fee, and potential charges will vary based on your card usage, such as a lost card replacement fee, ATM withdrawal fees and Foreign Exchange fees.

see comparison below for more information.
