Yeah, calling btc a failure AFTER you have dumped your coin...think twice people...he is buying them right up and earns a few hundred more.

If he can earn a few hundred, I think it is not worth his time. Maybe he has a big agenda or work for somebody else.

Few hundred? He dumped 15k coins and yes he has a new job...he works for a bank now :/

The price of bitcoin has dropped to $380 now. Is there any reason for the large drop? The price was quite good for the last two month.

two bad news in a row, cryptsy hack, and mike dumping his thousand coins

so you can say that from the 13k stolen from cryptsy plus those other coins dumped from mike, you have around 20k dumped that can cause a panic sell

The price recovers very well from the recent dump. It is $385 now.

So bitcoin survived another crisis and going strong. That is good indication.

And later or in the middle of the year is going up up again so we will see.

Closed my short position this morning.  It was a hedge against my long BTC position, so now I am long.

BTC/USD could drop a bit more here.  Deflationary fears are driving the capital markets today.

I think it will not happen, but it will all be in the know at the end of this year, and I hope there will be no significant price reduction, but that there is a high price increases

The halving will reduce the fresh supply to the market, so I think the price will rise higher. If the sentiment is good, price will be much higher.

There are no guarantees in any investment except maybe your return on US bonds. EVERYONE expects supply pressure from the halving. Maybe this pump to 500 WAS the only increase we will see. What if there is no real utility volume and only speculative volume, in that case the halving may put no pressure on supply at all. If Bitcoin has zero utility volume, then the only way we are going higher is self-fulfilling speculating hysteria....
if zero utility volume, i think bitcoin will dead and i don't think that will happened. so no any trade in all exchanger because many trader hold a coins. impossible that will coming show up "sorry if i'm misunderstanding"

The price went down a few bucks and you start yelling that the crash will begin. Why don't you say such a thing when the price isn't going down?
Don't get panic the fall has been observed over the world market. This occurs during the start of every year and gradually the market will be stable. This time it has effect over bitcoin because china has been affected much when compared with other countries.

these kind of dumps are normal happenings nowadays. no need to worry. large players are trying to get some action back into the markets with these dumps. use these dumps in your advantage to buy yourself some coins if you were waiting for the price go come down. here is your drop. start buying guys.

price drop $30 in 2 days, seems crash has started. this nice to buy a lot bitcoin before halving.. so don't panic guys

no it's the same shit that happened the last week, and guess what happened after it a mini pump to 450-460

is still beyond me when everyone panic for those small fluctuations, are people so dense that they cannot figure the difference between swings and p&d?

The bitcoin price dropped about 3% today. Should we call it a crash or just a normal price action. Maybe it is just a start of a crash?

If price is dropping before halving then obviously it wont be pumped after it.However i don't think 40% of the price fluctuation is even an issue for bitcoin or any other crypt-currency.This is not fiat and no country is associated.
