I agree, bitcoin already looks quite outdated against the background of many altcoins. There are many more interesting coins and it is unlikely that the price of bitcoin will grow so much in the future

We have different opinion and prediction but if people say that bitcoin will move high or low it doesn't mean they are sure to what they said. Dumping and pumping is base on demand in the crypto market so we don't need to pin a point in a person it's because he/she say something about the bitcoin price in the future. probably because there are too many ICOs there in 2018, and so many altcoins enter the market, it makes 2018 an altcoin year, but in terms of the price of so many tokens ico when the market goes down the price. I think he already posted that he is out in the ico market, for fear of persecution, he washed his dirty fingers already but his reputation right now is all messed up because of the many hypes he created from all the altcoins he promoted he is now moved to a new kind of investment program we'll have to see what are these.

I think that a good year for Altcoins was in the last 2017 year. In this period we saw how were created many Altcoins such as Neo, Cardano and others forks of Bitcoin or Ethereum. This year is not good for Altcoins, but I hope that situation will change in the second part of the current year.

But I think,2018 is the price correction year of bitcoin and altcoin.We know the price of bitcoin and trusted crypto currency value is reached the maximum value in DEC 2017.From this January,the price of bitcoin and trusted crypto currency value is reached the minimum value .At first the price reduction is due to news,now it is due to FUD in the market.

I think this is not the year of all altcoins. I think ethereum can do but other altcoins? I don't think that they can compete in bitcoin which is still the king of crypto. In 2020 there is a possible to win in bitcoin if they have many changes or progress in their system.

Looking at the current market situation and analyzing the last 6 months, I don't believe that 2018 could be the year of altcoins as to justify this statement at least the major market cap altcoin should shown have growth but nothing like that till now. It will be quite impressive to see, how the coming 6 months will play their role in the development of altcoin market. Altcoins can only grow when market cap sky rockets and people invest in different coins.

I hope this will be the great year for not only for the altcoins but also for the whole crypto currencies. There are many people around the world who only recognize bitcoin and ethereum as crypto currency and only small percentage of people knows about the rest of the coins so I doubt this will be the year of altcoins but I think it will take few years for altcoins to get some attention like bitcoins and ethereum.
Hopefully it will be more regulated than it was before . I mean like ICO's without transparent team behind project is not allowed to collect funds . There is actually quite alot of them . If they dont do ICO its fine for me , but when projects like that try to collect funds without listing your name , surname and other team members its quite funny . And the funniest part is that people throw in money there . And after that people runing around telling that crypto is scam . From like 50-100 Altcoin projects i like only 5 or 6 of them and thats it .
Not really. I think that 2018 will go down in history as the most stagnant year. All that we see for 6 months is the price drop. The huge growth of useless numbers of ICO's and outflow of money to fraudulent schemes.

2018 is a year of bears meanwhile 2017 was a year of bulls. Let us take a guess what kind will be the new year? I do not know what coins do you mean which are strong in this year? Almost all altcoins dropped as well as bitcoin. Most like;y the next year will be more positive for investors.
People should get used, many people only heard about bitcoin and ether, but they do not suspect the existence of others. In a couple of years, altcoins will firmly enter our life and will be as much an integral part as the Internet and debit cards.
