In 2018 there is too much ICO and there are many options for investment but there are also projects left behind after the ICO due to too many token and coin rivals.
I think 5/3 is really good ICO. 5/2 will scam. Every year , there will be top 3 ICO explode. Telegram is favoruite ICO. Lets see in 2018...
VLB gonna start their ICO next month. They only need 12 mil and when they do, I can see them working very well long-term.
I think OP FORGET to also include VLB TOKEN as ICO of the year, a promising, proficient and especially a realistic project. A very trusted and pro teams. Vehicle lifecycle blockchain is too hot really good for long term investment, full package project.

Good review but is it a rumor that telegram ICO is a scam? There's no official ANN from the telegram company itself, KODAK is a legit one though.

Whereas for Telegram - I've also stumbled upon this controversy but doubt it, as many of the owners already stood up to defend the preeminence of the upcoming ICO, which might be a thing - otherwise, nobody would vouch for a credibility of something, which is not theirs.
I don't think telegram is a scam, but the lack of information about it so far worries me a lot. Other than that, great list! Have to pick Bee Token and AgroTechFarm as my favorites there
