I think that this year there will be no big growth of altcoins. And next year there will be a big global growth.
The year 2018 will soon end and nothing like this has happened yet. Now you can create a theme that this will happen in 2019 and so on. Making forecasts is a thankless task, people not able predict the future.
A terrible year for the Altcoin as a whole . This year you need to be very careful when choosing altcoins. So as not to lose your investment .
it does not matter whether it has low or high market cap. what matter is the actual use of specific coins or tokens. obviously, low cap projects are the targets of pump and dump group which is harming the market, and I prefer not supporting it.
I disagree we can't say the year. I think it would be in 2019 not earlier. But it's only my opinion but for altcoin explosion I'm abosolutely agree with you. We will see so many 'to the moon'. Just wait)
After the crazy rise of last year, there is no accident this year to usher in a long-term adjustment period. The market is still fluctuating. I am waiting for a new start next year.

As we see, half of 2018 has already passed and we have not seen a good rise in prices of all coins, but I believe that there is still time and the market will still recover. I still believe that the prices of all altcoins depends on the price of bitcoin, so if its price grows, the altcoins will follow it. i prefer low cap projects,because they can multiply like 10x-100x. As for bitcoin, in order to make 10x, something really important should happen in crypto industry. 
I concur with this announcement. I think what we are seeing right currently is individuals moving into bitcoin - which is the door to crypto. At that point they understand bitcoin is futile and begin taking a gander at altcoins. They read about Ripple and think its awesome in light of the fact that the banks back it. At that point they understand a bank supported altcoin is the most noticeably awful conceivable utilization of crypto, so they wander into genuine altcoins. Agree, definitely some of altcoins will exploding in 2018, when crypto market will return to positive trend again. But it's hard to predict which one. 
I agree with you, by 2018 it will be an explosive altcoin venue, seeing the current altcoin development from $ 700 to over $ 920 in just a short time and still for a while, but I'm sure the next day will stay awake and keep going up .

I agree with you, I see there are some altcoins unknown to many people explode in 2018, I think you are right, many people are too focused on altcoin that is on the list of 100 coin market cap ratings, I also feel do not have time to analyze coins that are under the 100 list.
It all depends what people invest in. Hopefully the majority have learned their lesson not to take large positions into crap projects. If the average and inexperienced investors stays in the top 20-30 coins/tokens robust growth in Alts is fairly certain. However the poop is still being steadily strained out of the market but its good to see people thinking twice about making moves now.
Forecasting the future is a waste of time. Does anyone remember people who in early 2017 said that the BTC in a year would cost $ 20,000?
I think that today many crypto currency users are hoping to increase the price of Bitcoin to 20,000 dollars. Especially expect those who invested their funds in Bitcoin at the end of 2017. I totally agree. This is entirely possible if bitcoin will grow slower due to its shortcomings, provide less profit to investors and they will simply switch after that to invest in altcoyins. Under such a situation, it will be a good time in general for a crypto currency, because they will rise in price more harmoniously.
indeed I suspect as much in light of the fact that as of now altcoin costs are in recouping thus you can settle your misfortunes in the most recent month and I am certain altcoin and bitcoin will soar the cost before the finish of 2018 and bitcoin will stay stable in 2018 later
