At first glance we have 20 strong teams, and 12 let's say a team that probably will not go through the group.Although World Cup always bring some surprise,we can expect something similar in next year competition.

Speaking of Denmark, i think last night Eriksen finally went from a promising prospect to one of the best creative midfielders in Europe. Those are the kind of games that a player of his caliber need to become worldclass, he's been having some great seasons with Tottenham, but when the national team needed him, he was there and what a performance he had: a hat trick to put Denmark in the World Cup. Wouldn't be surprised to see him go to one of the biggest clubs (Bayern, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Juventus, etc) next season.
Congrats to Denmark.

of the European teams, Switzerland, Croatia and Denmark respected the prediction only Italy failed loudly.
In 2006, Italy won the World Cup, but from that moment on, the decline has begun.
Now there is a need to reinvent the whole system to return to being a top team.

Tonight, Peru vs New Zealand will play for the last spot in the World Cup. I hope Peru wins, the south american national teams are very competitive and having another one in the World Cup would be great.

i think peru is easy can win
if peru play not under performance , normal play peru is easy win, new zaeland qualty under peru
and peru still big advantage because play in home

Great performance by Denmark and their best player Christian Eriksen who scored hat-trick and took his team to World Cup.Although it was expected that Denmark will solve the question of the winner in first game they play only 0-0,but in second game they played an excellent match. The statistics are completely on the side of Denmark as well as the result, ball possession 59% and 18 shots from which 10 is on target. We may say that Ireland defense and their goalkeeper did not have a good day.In any case we got one very good team on next World Cup.

I’m half Irish (by ancestry - both paternal grandparents) but I don’t really feel connected to Ireland. Any way, they got absolutely humiliated by Denmark last night. They actually went 1-0 up last night, to then go & lose 5-1 is embarrassing tbh.

Yeah it was a horrible game from their side, I had my bet on Under 2.25 goals and if they hadn't scored in the 5th minute maybe things would have gone differently. That early goal made them think that they can win this game like this and kept going back to defend with 11 players. That was a big error as they left the initiative to Denmark which is the better side in quality between these teams and end result was 1-5.

Christian Eriksen was indeed phenomenal in the game and scoring a hattrick to send your country into the World Cup and all this happened when they were one goal behind and am sure there was a lot of pressure on their backs as well. I am waiting to see which group they are going to end up when they finally make the draw.

Denmark distribution is already on the road though it was already very specific I lost the advantage after having scored 1 goal I think it had to evaluate the counter attacks.

Well, you must be happy with the stark turnaround. Eriksen's hattrick and the 5-1 victory means that we're going to have the Vikings with us in this world cup! Looking forward to their massive chants, though I'll really miss having some of that Irish pluck bossing the midfield.

Now we await Australia and my favourite vet of the tournament so far, Tim Cahill. Still playing to a scoreless draw at the moment. Sentiment in me is hoping for a Cahill header to break the deadlock, but I have a feeling this will go down to ugly penalties. Never mind the method, for now, to be honest can't wait for these last few games to play out so we can focus back on domestic leagues for a bit until Moscow beckons next year.

Australia have a better chance to qualify now that they ended the 1st leg with 0-0. I placed a bet on Australia to qualify last week @1.9 now the line is down to 1.3 because of the result after the 1st leg. I'm taking the under 2 goals, because most of the results I see from their previous matches are mostly draw either a 1-1 or a 0-0. Adding the draw as my second sidebet risking a little more since this will be the last match i'll bet for the qualifiers.
Predictions

Edit :  Prediction started well until 2nd half started and goals came raining in. Congrats to Australia.

What happened with Italy, it is difficult to explain in words. The players promised to give their best on the field to win the national team of Sweden. In the end, lost. But they are to blame for the loss.

What happened to Italy is because of the manager Ventura, he didn't activate Lorenzo Insigne our number 10 during yesterday night game and he only gave him about 20 minutes to play in Sweden. He is the best playmaker we have so far and if you saw the game yesterday we were suffering in midfield. Zhorzhinho is a Brazilian although naturalized as Italian and it was his first game. In such critical game you can't leave Insigne out. That is what happened yesterday.
The manager should have been given the sack a long time ago with his strange football formation and tactics which yielded no results at all, I am surprised this is how low the Azzuris have been brought to after Conte revived them recently.

And his insisting on keeping these players leaving out some better ones and insisting on his schemes brought an Italy out of the world cup after 59 years consecutively that they have been on the World Cup. Darkest moment of football history for Italy, I wonder how will they come out from this, a revolution is needed in the national team.

Coach Ventura was inadequate with several mistakes in the decisive matches. Conte would have won easily (as he did in European championships when Sweden had Ibrahimovic).
Italy was considerably stronger than Sweden, but it was clamorously eliminated. The absence of Italy (4 world cups won in its history) is a bad leak.
Perhaps the most happy team will be Germany that has been eliminated many times by Italy in the World Cup

I'm 100% blame on Ventura, he is such a stupid manager. He even still use the same strategy when italy lose against Sweden in the first leg. That last corner though, even Buffon also join to the front because they need a goal! I'm really sad when Buffon crying after the match end.

And now so many old/veteran italy players retired. World Cup without Netherland and Italy are sucks.

No other person to be blamed except the manager, I do not know why Italy chose Ventura as the head manager of their National team while there are many other better managers. It was really wrong choice to put him to manage Italy, blame the one who chose him as well.
There will be something missing on the 2018 World Cup because some great countries failed to qualify. Italy was my favorite national team when there were names like Del Piero, Inzaghi, Cannavaro, Vieri, Pirlo and others. Recently I do not see any great players especially for the midfielder and attacking side.

Some nice friendly and test matches tonight. I am going to set the following bets.

Qatar vs Iceland # double chance, draw or win Qatar @2.09
I think it is gonna be too hot for the vikings Smiley

Nigeria vs Argentinia    # Win Argentinia @ 1.56

Germany vs France # double chance, draw or win France @ 1.59

Belgien vs Japan # double chance, draw or win Japan @3.05

Portugal vs USA    # over 2.5 goals @ 1.71
I was very shocked about the outcome of the Argentina game and how Nigeria were able to win the game and with that margin as well, I heard Sergio Aguero was rushed to the hospital after the game was over, I hope it's not something very serious at all.But still the outcome of the game was very surprising.
An argument was made about Argentina
Messi and ten donkeys for what goes Messi keeps 10 donkeys a big burden on his shoulders in an attempt to achieve an achievement with such a team

Normally should be a nice and easy win for team Belgium. But maybe I am a bit biased, because I am from Belgium  Grin.
Defence will be more strong with Vertongen instead of Ciman and with Lukaku on fire, my guess would be 4-0 for Belgium.

And what a shame For Italy! Arrivederci coach Ventura lol.
