All altcoins were bad during the last year, because every single altcoin has dropped at least x5 from its price record. The best coin was Bitcoin and people that are speaking about Ethereum simply did not mention that it has dumped by x12.
So, for me in this moment there some good coins for speculation or investment for medium term.

Some of these altcoins are already shining. I am speaking about Monero and EOS. If the first one was called the best anonymous cryptocurrency, the second one has doubled the army of its fans. Both alts will gain a lot.
So, for me in this moment there some good coins for speculation or investment for medium term.

i think they are EOS, ETH, ARK, csm, NEO. Especially CSM, which has just been listed. Many mainstream coins are falling, but CSM has tripled in the bear market. I have high hopes for it.
From my experience and research I think Ethereum is the first in top 5 Altcoins 2018. The next in top 5 Altcoins are Monero, EOS, Litecoin and XRP.
There is nothing to do with the top 10 coinmarketcap because I always think that when Altcoins rises 100%, it is certain that the price of y gs empurna will definitely increase.
For example, now I see there is a NEWS from SiaCashCoin that only 1 day can go up 100% at Mercatox.

There's a lot of people talking about Pumapay in this thread, I wonder if they have checked the exchange price lately? They would see that it's trading at 1/10 of its value and the ICO has no plans to do anything about it! That's what you get for picking a sh** exchange for your investors! They raised $100m in funds and still can't afford to list on a good exchange? That's a joke!

Now i think all altcoins are like top 5 coins. Its mean same coins markets are getting down. But i think following altcoins are now will best top 5 coins.1. Daneel
