If have cheap electricity tariff, i think its good doing mining. The problem with mining is on electricity cost and if in your county the tariff very cheap, i think its profitable to do mining. For good ICO in 2019, i think you can do your own reseach but i am prefer choosing IEOs from big exchangers

ICO investments are 50/50 chance of gaining a profit. A lot of ICOs been created every year, but not all of them are bad investment. There were successful ICOs in the past, and a lot of investors gained huge profit. But, we can't deny the fact that majority of the ICOs are meant to fail even from the start of offering.
For a newbie in ICO investment betrer to research deeper on good ICOs. You can start by searching successful ICOs to see how these ICOs had started. Don't just rely on ICO ratings. You need to know as much as information about the ICO before investing.

You should conduct your own research, you can not rely on the opinion of others, especially since most of the forum participants are not experts. But it is much easier for you to turn your attention to IEO, it is much safer today, to begin with, study the options of IEO from popular exchanges such as Binance, KuCoin, OKEX.
So far i don't see lot of icos right now in good condition and high quality project that build up some good oppurtunity from us bounty hunters for long term and still waiting for good ones.

To be honest ICO rating like that sites is not completely true and i think it's a bit biased to the project/ICO. I'm not sure is it true or not but i heard some projects or ICOs pay some amount of money to the ICO rating to get a good rating on their site, because of that i never trust the site anymore. Investing in ICO is still a real chance to earn, mohammad, it can be really risky, but if you succeed, you can get much more rich
I don't think is a good option to invest on ICO now, better do your own research and try to check some IEO, maybe this will be more safe than ICO, but always try to do research because no one can do this for you and maybe you will have more luck to get some profit.
I think suggestions work out less than yourself conducting a research on the internet. If you type good or best ICOs for 2019 on the internet, you will be greeted with many sites offering best ICOs with ratings. Even then you should not blindly believe in them. You must research, go to their websites and read their whitelists before sealing your decision to invest. You must have crypto knowledge.
