I also voted for Phoenix Suns
I'm sure the Suns will play as much as they can, they'll do everything to give for Phoenix the 1st NBA title.

Some of the reasons are, Suns have a very experienced player (CP3), absolutely he will guide the team to victory. The Bucks don't have a player as experienced as CP3, but the Bucks are a dangerous team without Giannis Antetokounmpo, some players stood out for example, Portis, Holidayy and Middleton, who played very well without help of Antetokounmpo and also Giannis is not 100 % healthy after his injury.

I believe these are the main reasons, I think the Suns can be champions.

I'm excited to tomorrow's game

Voted for the Phoenix Suns.
There's something about the chemistry of this team. They don't need to fill their roster with stars, one or two is enough to control the pace of the game and they can win with big leads.
I may bet for them until the end of this series if I don't see the Bucks having any small chance of winning.
But who will gain the first win will always be a mystery.  Cheesy Suns won in their season meeting ending at OT with just 1 point lead.

Poll Question: ECF?
Atlanta Hawks - 3 (37.5%)
Milwaukee Bucks - 5 (62.5%)
Total Voters: 8

Milwaukee Bucks finished the series in sixth game and become the next finalist. Bucks will play in NBA Finals first time since 1974. It's good to see new teams headed to finals, we get tired of seeing same teams over and over again. Finals will start two days later so let's have a vote, which team will become new champion?

I voted for Phoenix Suns, I think it will be their destiny this 2021 to finally win a NBA title. They haven't won and the last time they went into the finals, it was Barkley vs Jordan.

This is Chris Paul's last chance to get a ring, and will cement his legacy as one of the best point guard or could bring him to HOF once he retired. And they have the home court advantage (although in this series, it doesn't matter), but if they can win 2-0 before going to Milwaukee, they will have a huge advantage.

After I saw that Giannis wasn't able to play in the 6th game but Trae Young was, I thought that the series could be tied and we could see the 7th game also. But interestingly, it wasn't the case. Bucks still managed to finish the job 4-2. Trae Young played for more than half an hour but he wasn't able to contribute to the team too much.

I'm curious about what kind of a final series is waiting for us. Will it be Suns or Bucks to the championship? Honestly, my favorite team in this series are Bucks. With Giannis' coming back, they can really make it.

it's now in the hands of the bucks coach, for the bucks to coach now he uncovers Lopez is still and can be dominant, this now put Lopez against Ayton, and this is where experience matter, yes Lopez is old but with past experience, paul need to find a way to get to Ayton, because for sure Lopez will use everything that he knows against Ayton, and correct me if I'm wrong tucker will be guarding, paul or booker, and the advantage of tucker is bigger, don't count the bucks yet, they almost have the same productive bench.

I would say I did not expect it, but congratulations to the Bucks for winning the ECF.|

Was thinking Trae Young would help his team to win, but instead, he became a liability, sorry for the word.
Trae has no lift, he is missing a basket, even an easy one.

4-17 shooting and 5 Turnovers, that was his worse game in the playoffs.
Yeah, it looks like the Bucks have been playing much better since Giannis got the injury. Regarding Trae Young, his performance was expected, considering that he hasn't fully recovered from the injury. It's obvious that he wasn't ready to play 35 minutes.
So, it is a Bucks vs Suns finals. I have to say nobody saw that coming I believe, this is a very very interesting result. Sure Bucks played amazing on regular season and that is why some people may have expected them to play decently but the reality is that we didn't really see anything nice from them last season at playoffs, and this season that happened again, they weren't that amazing and their regular season record was much better than their playoff record so I think they do become worse in playoffs for some reason.

It could be harder playing with less foul calls, it could be harder defense, it could be players playing a lot more minutes instead of giving bench players more time. So long story short they weren't that great, Suns on the other hand? Suns didn't even made the playoffs for more than 10 years, then suddenly they are in the finals. Let's see who will win but as fan of none of these teams, I am going to have super fun for sure.

No one sees it coming that the Suns would advance in the NBA Finals, but the Bucks, are one of the favorites to win in the NBA Finals so it's expected. The Bucks had a tougher journey compared to the Suns IMO, so I think although the Suns now are heavily favored to win, the Bucks would not just easily give up the fight as they are also hungry to win a championship.

He is not even in a minute restriction, the coach is great but in that game, he made a bad decision. Getting too desperate is not good, instead of trusting the healthy players, he force to play Young, of course, as a coach he has the say, he could have sit Trae Young when he saw Trae Young was messing on the floor.
Coach's always had the final decision to take him out or not but this time I don't think the coach was followed.
There's a possibility that Trae forced himself to play the game thinking it might be the last game of the Hawks.
Should've done the same as Giannis, it's simple "trust your teammates".
They wouldn't have reached the ECF without them so they can somehow get through it and win the game if he only trusted them.
Turnovers + missed shots 4/17 FG and 0-6 3pt = destruction.  Grin I don't blame all on him but he did most of the damage for 35 minutes.
yep, huge mistake by the hawk's coach, cam reddish is hot they should have sat young, he can't even defend because of the injury, the coach could have end trae career if something happens, in the game because he already knows trae is injured, and as a franchise player, he knows better, young still young and could prepare for another campaign next year.

They reach the ECF, that's beyond our imagination already, it means they have surpassed our expectation and they can always come back next year and improve more. Trae Young's injury is not serious, but if he is not 100% yet, then they should not play him. Because of Trae Young's misses, it was capitalized by the Bucks who are eager to finish the series that night.

And we have our second finalists also. Bucks succeeded in defeating Hawks in the sixth game also, 118 - 107 and ended the series winning by 4-2. Giannis couldn't play in this game also. However, Trae Young played for 35 minutes. But he wasn't as affective as always and couldn't help his team too much. Middleton and Holiday carried Bucks to the win.

Middleton and Holiday's production should not go down when Giannis is back in the lineup. There's no update yet regarding his injury, but let's hope that he will be able to play in game 1 of the NBA Finals as that is a very important game. if Bucks would win at least one game on the road, that would help them take the advantage since the home court advantage belongs to the Suns.

And every time he shoots or just jump for a little bit he looks at his foot like he was hurting. He maybe not but it's his brain telling him it should hurt.
It sucks to see him play like that, he is not the normal Trae young that was always explosive when he heats up.
I agree with what most Hawks fans thinks, could have been better if he just sit around and support his team mates from the sidelines.

Suns versus Bucks. I hope Giannis is okay already to give us a better entertainment.

Nevertheless, this is such a good finals match up. It's been the first Finals since 10+ years without LeBron or Curry.
You made me miss the usual finals rival and matches that we used to watch before. But even there's no Lebron and Steph, the finals match up is one of the best finals that we're going to watch. I think it was since the last season that many fans want to see Bucks get into the finals, now they finally did.

Another sets of strategy will surely shows up coming this game 6, but since Bucks managed to win it last time they've met the chance that coach will try to repeat it out and see if how the Hawks will adjust countering the plays,
See? Told you.  Grin
There are shadows of what happened in Game 5 like the alley-oop to Lopez from Jrue but mostly was Jrue making the play himself or Middleton.
Hawks became too focus with Portis Jr. and Lopez it became a scramble when Bucks Coach Mike Budenholzer found a way to change it.
Jrue can freely shoot outside shots and also Middleton. That 3rd quarter was like a practice game to them throwing the ball everywhere and putting it down. When the lead bloated to 20 I knew it is over.
Hawks will have difficulties coming back with Trae playing at his worst.

Trae should have sat out, clearly, he's not even close to 75% on his game, they could have made better plays if he just rests, seeing him in the court, not playing the same level against the sixers breaks my heart, we all know how he wanted to help, it's just that he is injured and want to give support to the team, I hope he will not be discouraged, and play to the next level next year, congrats bucks.

The same case for the Nets as they forced James Harden to play 45+ minutes a game and was completely ineffective to the team. I don't know If Milwaukee is just lucky or they're really  a championship team.
Congratulations to them anyway.
It's been quite a long time since we've seen an uncommon NBA teams to be meeting in the NBA finals.

Nevertheless, this is such a good finals match up. It's been the first Finals since 10+ years without LeBron or Curry.
