I thought that it will become an overtime but their high scoring match just truly shown how both teams were powered up. Props to Giannis on this match, he had played as good as what most fans were expecting to him.
Yes, that was a good match.
Nets made 17 turnovers during that game and 5 only for the Bucks.
But, it was those 3 points that is killing them. Jeff Green 4/5 and Harris 5/7
Harden's assists are also something new to me. He ain't known for his passing ability but now its way different.

He's now learning how to play the game, adjusting to create space for his teammates, something that really noticeable.
Harden and KD combo in the last dying seconds.

That rebound after he's missed then pass it to KD kills the Bucks, interesting to see once Kyrie start to play with them and see how the chemistry will work for this trio.

30 points and 6 assist for KD, while 34 points and 12 assist for Harden very impressive
plus the supporting cast who also gives them the lift that they needed. Gratz!

Nets have a 4-win streak now

Yea, Durant-Harden tandem looks amazing, and I guess that Brooklyn will win the next match against the Cavs. Also, we will probably see a big trio in action for the first time because Irving rejoined the team today.
There is a big upgrade with the Brooklyn Nets. From Durant with Irving and now having Harden with the team. The match yesterday against Bucks was a very close match. Two teams that are of my favorites.

Watching him take down the Lakers last night was something special. Still banging clutch shots and doing whatever craziness is needed to help his team win. I never enjoy watching LeBron miss a game winner, but was glad to see Steph get credit for nailing the game winner last night.

Let's not forget the other player that step up on that night too, Kelly Oubre Jr. Lakers become comfortable and relax because of their lead. I'm watching the live bet on that game and the Warriors got a @9 odds at max during the 2nd Quarter of the game. I hesitate to bet and accept the risks as I already bet on 2 other games.

Let's not talk about the miss game-winner of LBJ since it shouldn't reach that point if they were able to maintain that large lead. The Lakers clearly choked on that game. But that win doesn't change the fact that Warriors will be a contender. It's only Curry that is consistent on the Warriors roster. Others are stepping up on a specific game but will have a different performance the other day.

I wouldn’t go as far as to call them a contender. I don’t think they’ll make it out of the first round if they do make the playoffs. Steph is for sure capable of lighting any team up at any time though and I imagine he’ll have more great nights of taking down champions during this regular season. Once Klay comes back though, they’re a top 5 team.

Curry is a legit champion, he is a clutch player but his teammates are not as good as the time they won a back to back championship, so it's understandable that people still have doubt on the team and personally I don't think they'll become champion this season, however, I believe they could past the first round if they will not face the Lakers or the Clippers.

it's early to say that GSW is having a good season or games, it's still early mostly top teams steps on the gas when it playoffs or nearing the playoffs, they are reserving their strength for most 7games series, and other teams new players are still figuring out how to have good teamwork, GSW is fine at the moment but in the playoffs, they need another contributor and Klay is that, if he can make it, they have a chance deep but they will not reach west finals in my opinion, west is loaded and GSW are not the same team 2 years ago.

We should still give them recognition for beating the two Los Angeles teams because some of the recent postings really degraded them as a team that is not the same anymore with key players missing BUT they really proved them wrong. Curry is somehow carrying the team MENTALLY because he can really boosts the morale of the team to play better. All we can do for Klay is pray for that speedy recovery and keep watching NBA Games!

Lebron's 3's are really off, Kuzma raising his hands though, thought that Lebron will make that 3 for the win.

Lebron was even lucky that even though he badly missed the shot, Davis was there to do an offensive rebound and a put back. Unfortunately, GSW are really determined to win, they made good plays down the stretch that's why they won, this is a well deserved win for them, being an underdog by 9 points I guess,.. those who bet on the moneyline are so lucky, and they deserved that for trusting the Warriors, even in the road.
Does the GSW is playing good again? I mean just like back then when they're  eager to win the championship...

Without Klay Thompson they're still a shell of their former self.  Steph is going to be able to get them some wins with his brilliant shooting, but they'll need Klay on the other wing to make a run deep into the playoffs.  Wiseman was exactly what they needed in my opinion, but I'd like to see them trade Draymond who has clearly lost a step and get a healthy Klay back if they're going to continue to be a threat to win it all in the future.
I see, so still there's  no hope on betting with GSW for this season, and thus might just be lucky if they manage to be on top without Thompson.

Brooklyn Nets played a home game against Milwaukee Bucks last night. The game was really close in both halves but Nets managed to beat Bucks 125-123 in the end. Nets have a 4-win streak now and Bucks' 4-win streak ended by this game. On Nets side, Harden made a double-double (34 points, 12 assists). KD got 30 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. On Bucks side, Giannis made a double-double (34 points, 12 rebounds).

Something I'm worried about, is the Nets becoming the Lakers of the 2012-2013 season, with Nash, Kobe Bryant, Dwight Howard, Pau Gasol and Metta World Peace, they were a good team, but unfortunately they only made 45/37 .549 w
Nah, its a bad comparison.
The Nets big three are superstars with skills that cannot be compared with what the Lakers had back then.

Although I still like the roster before Harden, it's management decision but there might be a chance this might become a wrong choice in the long run.
They took away 2 of their great roleplayers for one superstar.
Worse, it's a center and an offensive kid.
If they will face teams that are focused on big men then it will be difficult to make a defensive play.
Assistant Coach Mike D'Antoni might be the happiest person right now. He always wished for that kind of team and it came true.

Steph Curry is a killer... Not seeing him play for so long you can forget that he’s the best shooter with a basketball mankind has ever produced. Watching him take down the Lakers last night was something special. Still banging clutch shots and doing whatever craziness is needed to help his team win. He was really clutch, we can see that, but Lebron is the opposite, if the game is close, don't give the ball to him as he will either pass the ball or will shoot a fade away 3 point shot, a very low percentage shot consider his 3 point shooting statistics.
Just watch the highlights of the game, it was really a team effort on the part of GSW, they were really down but didn't get up on the play, and then Steph with a three 1:07 left that give them a good separation and then Lakers missing free throw. Lebron's 3's are really off, Kuzma raising his hands though, thought that Lebron will make that 3 for the win.

Albeit that's always the possibility, I don't think that something similar will happen to Nets. Iirc Lakers had many issues that season with injuries and that's something you can't really control, then they changed the coach etc, it was a mess overall. So in case Durant/Harden/Kyrie gets injured, then I could see Nets struggling to reach playoffs but otherwise, I would really be surprised not to see them at least in the Conference final.
I also agree that the Nets have a great chance of reaching the final of the conference too, if any of the players (Durant, Harden and Irving) suffer an injury during the season, I think the chances would decrease considerably.
We also have to consider that if that happens, reserve players will have to do their part to try to make up for this possible loss.
Bolded part could be a big issue for Nets. In order to get Harden they got rid of three players that had decent minutes up to that point: Allen, LaVert and Prince (no point counting Rodions Kurucs as he barely played). LaVert was their best player coming from the bench, scoring 18.5 ppg on less than 28 minutes per game. Check thier last two games since the trade and how bench performed; last night vs Bucks bench scored 15, and two night ago they scored 19 vs Magic.

All is good as long as those big 3 stay healthy, but if one of them gets injured, then its gg for Nets. But they knew the risks when they went into that trade.

I think he plays defense, but mainly he is more focused on scoring, instead of defense, you can see that in lots of hardens play, yes he got a block and got still but that's just in some plays if you see other star players they do all around, LeBron, KD, the Klaw, they do balance playing, that is why they easily saw hardens playing less defense, I think that's what hardens need to be better than before, he is already great but if he can play like them he will be more unstoppable.
He improved in that regard in the last few years, and he will probably focus even more on that aspect now in Nets because both Irving and Durant are very good offensively  so it won't be just up to him to score.

You misunderstood me, what I'm talking is about the betting odds for the NBA Futures, not the current standing.

Here's the update betting odds _ https://www.vegasinsider.com/nba/odds/futures/
Hey yeah, I misunderstood you. I've took a peek on the standings instead of the odds /nba futures.

Thank you so much for your opinions guys, it's always good to see what other users think about it.
I also agree that it is a little early to know if Brooklyn Nets will be a super team, only time will tell.

Something I'm worried about, is the Nets becoming the Lakers of the 2012-2013 season, with Nash, Kobe Bryant, Dwight Howard, Pau Gasol and Metta World Peace, they were a good team, but unfortunately they only made 45/37 .549 w
It's still a long run for the Nets to compare with the past roster of Lakers that you've said for that particular season. I think we just have to have fun and see if this is truly a greater team or they'll be ending up the same with that LAL's 12-13 season strong roster yet went to the unexpected outcome.
