Obviously that doesn't mean anything, they still have to beat Clippers probably and also whoever they face from east, I feel like west will be even harder, because whoever they face from east they will probably beat, clippers or lakers whoever goes to finals they will certainly have an easier match up in the finals, those teams are just too young to actually go against these elite vet teams.

I agree that East seems to be younger bunch than the West players.

Antetokounmpo is just 25, but since they lost, we have Herro which is the youngest player to ever play in a CF, theres also Tatum, Adebayo, Brown, all in all these teams are young in comparison to maybe just Lakers' players. Still, that is just their advantage, despite their ages they've done well and they've shown how great they are.

A lot of love for the Western team especially for the Lakers and Clippers.

If Lakers win the championship, the success would add to the legacy of Lebron James.

If the Clippers will win, that will put Leonard in the history.

Quote
If Leonard can lead the Clippers to the 2020 NBA championship and add another Finals MVP trophy to his resume, he will become the first player in NBA history to win Finals MVP with three different teams - the same awaits James if he leads the Lakers to the title.

Will the celtics or the Heat would take that opportunity from the team who will advance in the NBA FINALS?

There we go.
We've seen an end to the series of Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors. 5 points led by the end of the game by Boston Celtics.
Most teams want to win the championship and in this special case that they're in the bubble, this is going to be another piece of incredible history. Nuggets just won their 2nd win and thought that it would be the end of the series, we still get to see team play for game 6 tomorrow.
Yeah, I believe game 6 for Nuggets will be the last game of the series. Clippers had the game, but they relaxed to early and it cost them the win. They won't repeat that again I'm sure. Shame for Raptors that they couldn't win, I liked their fighting spirit, but Boston probably deserves it a bit more.

I expect Miami - Boston to be another 6-7 games series.
I think that Game 5 too will be the last win of the Nuggets. I didn't watched the Game 5 but in Game 4, the defense of the Clippers is really good that Murray can't contribute that much to the team in terms of points.
For the Raptors-Celtics Game 7 yesterday, their last play is rugged. They are forced to take the 3 in their last possession before the shot clock expires and the shot of Vanvleet got blocked. Maybe the fouling out of Lowry have impact in the team? Anyway they lost and Celtics will fight the Miami.

My prediction with Celtics-Heat is Miami will win in 5-6 games Smiley.

Both Lakers(3) vs. Rockets(1) and Nuggets(1) vs. La Clippers(3) are on the same standing. 3-1 for their ends. It is looking that we're going to see a match up for both Los Angeles franchise at the conference finals.
While for the Boston(3) vs. Raptors(3) with both standing and do or die series, this is the most interesting upcoming match up.
Boston and Raptors is the most interesting upcoming match up. I agree with you in this as the last game played was really tough for both teams to come up with a winner. I thought that Raptors will going to lose in their last match but with 2 OT they make some run and even win the game.
The possible match up between la lakers and la clippers would too be great because both teams wanted to win in championship game. I guess it is still in favor of la lakers with lebron leading the lakers team.

Miami Heat had a great run in this playoffs but I think Boston Celtics will win the ECF. We will see how Miami would play against them and I want to see how will Boston face the tight defense of Miami that they showed against the Milwaukee Bucks. I don't know what will happen but let's wait what will happen to the WCF.
This is a good analysis and opinion.

Most of the thoughts that I've read are for Miami Heat. But this time, you're saying that it's with Boston Celtics. It's the first game so it's going to be an exciting match up.

Miami heat's defense is good but Boston as well has a good defense as we can see that most of the games in the last series were low scoring game, except for those games that went into OT. This is an interesting series, if Heat stopped the Bucks, that is because Bucks relied so much on Giannis but the Celtics team is very different, all players in the floor are good scorer and they have a good ball movement as well.

Yeah, I agree, they also have a great defense. Based on their last game against Toronto Raptors, they have 12 steals and Raptors has 18 turnovers. In offense, as you said they have good ball movement unlike Bucks that is just run and gun but without any passes. And let's not forget, Gordon Hayward will be back at that series.

That's huge, Jimmy Bucket will continue producing points for the team but Celtics offense are properly spread.

Tatum, Walker, Smart, Brown, ect... these guys contributed well in the series, and if Hayward will play soon, that would be a good boost to the team's offense.

The great thing about the regular season part of the bubble was the fact that we could watch a lot of games at european time zone, the bad thing about bubble playoff is the fact that almost all games are USA time zone. In any case todays game will be very important, if Lakers move to next stage they will have big advantage, rest is really more important in playoffs than people realize, they will have one more day rest than whoever they face at earliest, maybe even more.

I know in my gut that this series is easily Celtics, I get that Miami overachieved all year and they could once again shock everyone, nobody could say that it is impossible because nobody expected them to beat Bucks neither so anything could happen but my money will be on Celtics, I know they will have a bigger chance.
No, I did expect they will beat the Bucks, they are not a good team in the playoffs, look at last ECF, they lose against the Raptors. Bucks is just a hype team and Miami is an underrated team, that's the reality.

The thing about Tatum and Brown is that ever since they came into the league they have actually went to playoffs as well, I know they have been in the league for a short period of time now but they have been going to the playoffs every year and that equals confidence as well as experience as well. Now that they actually got a great leadership with Kemba Walker (which they expected from Kyrie but he failed) they could actually make a lot more noise.

I know in my gut that this series is easily Celtics, I get that Miami overachieved all year and they could once again shock everyone, nobody could say that it is impossible because nobody expected them to beat Bucks neither so anything could happen but my money will be on Celtics, I know they will have a bigger chance.

I don't know but I have a feeling now that Celtics will win against Boston and we will see again another epic series between the Celtics and the Heat.
I know this was just a mistake LOL but that was hilarious, see the bolded letters. I know it was Raptors.

I was also wondering if what's the odds for series winner (LA vs LA).. I have a friend asking me for a series bet with him,  he is betting on the Lakers to win in the series, I think Lakers here will be the favorites so since I like Clippers, I might just bet online and get a better odds.

What's your thoughts about this?
Well, to your friend you've got no choice but go for Clippers, your choice but I think they really got a good match maybe a close one. I am rooting for Clippers no matter what even the Lakers will be the favorite.

Don't count out the nuggets just yet.  If somehow they can win game 6 there will be a crazy amount of pressure in game 7.  Just imagine if the nuggets could come back twice in the playoffs down 3-1.  I've seen crazier things happen.  My dark horse is still in it Smiley

So it's Heat vs Celtic...

Miami will have a good run in this round tho the Celtic are a great team, I'm absolutely confident in the team that defeated the best team in the league.

The West are still battling 2nd round. Trust me the beast resides in the EAST. 😁

The key here for Miami is there agressive in terms of defense, they are not going to give easy basket.
While their offense is really effective as they are trusting each other's back.
It's really a good ECF match up where both teams defeated the favorite. Bucks number one seat then Raptors as being the defending world champ.

There's also advantages with this young guns, they are aggressive and once they've felt the confidence they will keep
shooting and attacking, but with decision making, Tatum needs to step up and bring his will to win, they've got the chance
finishing this the last time, Tatum should find he's advantages from any players that will guard him.

Now that I agree with.
There is a lot of expectation for Tatum and I am also looking forward to see him being more aggressive.
He's an offensive guy and he need to learn how to be unstoppable whoever will defend him.
Young, speed, agility, power and skillful.
He just lacks experience. Someday he might dominate the game.

~
I'll go for Miami with this one. They will dominate the paint on this part for sure.

I'll bet for Miami with this one. I put my bet on the Raptors though a while ago in Game 7 against the Celtics but I lost but its ok. Anyway, its too early for us to tell who will win on this series. Lets just wait for their match-up to happen.

On the other game, I though that the Denver will loss on this game and will be eliminated but they climbed and got the victory against the Clippers Smiley. The Rockets-Lakers game will be tomorrow and I'm eyeing for the Lakers to win this already and will advance to the WCF what do you think? Cheesy.

Let us wait within the first games of this match up. Heat is strong but all of them are considerably noticeable.

You never know  Cheesy, as Boston Celtics is indeed a powerful team as well. But whatever haha, game 1 would set the pace here. So, not sure though, imo, whoever wins the first game, might be able to dominate the entire series, what do you guys think?
