Almost time for a third Clippers - Nuggets match. After Nuggets managed to win in 2nd I'm sure this one will go to Clippers and that they are gonna sweep 4-1 from here. Maybe max 4-2. Clippers are the most adaptable team in NBA and I believe Nuggets have only one game tops left in their hands.

I disagree.  I rhink this goes a minimum of 6 games probably 7.  The nuggets are much better than people give them credit for.  They are good from 1-8, so when they go to their bench they don't drop off.  I predict the nuggets win this series and upset the clippers.  We'll see, either way I hope its not a boring series.

That was a lucky win by the Bucks, but they will not be lucky in the next game as Giannis might probably be out and I know Heat now are already designing a play for a Giannis less Bucks and they will abuse the bucks in game 5. I'm expecting a blowout win as they end the series.
That last game was like a do or die for the Bucks as they don't want to get swept before getting eliminated and just like some of the series we've seen from the previous round whenever a team is just one win away from moving to the next round all of a sudden their opponents play like it's their last. Others still believe in the Bucks but even if Giannis plays his play time will be limited. I wouldn't say it's a blowout for Miami because who knows if Middleton drops 30+ points again but they should easily close this series out.

Giannis leaving the game early gave other players the spark to soar higher... The likes of Brook, Khris, Eric had better stats which lead them to OT and the win.  The pressure on Giannis had he remained on the court would have the Heat gain a second sweep in the playoffs.

Luckily they've avoided this to happened, those mentioned names really step up and extend the series. Giannis needs the rest.
Bucks needs to think about the future of this young star, if he will force his injury then lose along the way, the franchise will suffer in the
long run, resting him now and look for future plans to build a much stronger squad which much better if they are really aiming for the
title.

I do not care if Giannis is better, they should not play him at all. Think about it, they are going to have to resign Giannis this year and they are 3-1 losing right now, making him play through injury could mean he could hurt himself more, and even without injury he had to leave the court which means it is not nothing, even if a small thing it is something and they are going to end up losing anyway, no team has managed to come from 3-0 down to win a series, and Bucks do not have what it takes to be the first one neither.

So, sitting down Giannis whatever the result is a good idea. Obviously they still have to figure a lot of stuff out, why did they look so awesome but ended up losing to Miami is a big question, they should have been sweeping them when you look at the regular season situation.

Not like what happened to Durant, I hope.
Let the role players do their job.
They can play harder. It is just because Giannis is there they are pulling back their skills. We saw it, they can win it.
Middleton posed like he is a real All-Star. That should have been happening from the start and not just now.

I might bet for the Bucks without Giannis next game. I want to cheer for the Bucks roleplayers.  Cheesy
As i said earlier that lets hope that it wont really be severe just like on what happened on Durant which really make him rest for too long due to his injury.
I agree on the point about playing into their roles but i cant really blame off when other on the team would really have that kind of boost up when they do know
that they've been playing with their star player compared on having none but that game proves out that they can handle out situation even if their main player is out
of the court. This can really show-off their true performance and trying to push up their own roles.

Just as I'm wishing, Bucks won but Giannis is in pain. I guess as a fan, has to give up for the hope of the next game.

Health is a better priority than the next game.   Undecided

....Westbrook shoots 4-15, 1 of 7 from 3 point line, this guy has no range in that area, why keep shooting?
He's never a consistent shooter. He's a drive and dunk or layup type player since his rookie days and he's good at it thanks to his athleticism. Out of the 3 OKC players before, he's the slowest to evolve as a player. Durant was always lethal on both ends of the floor. Harden may have defensive issues but he's deadly on the offensive end.

I don't want to be critical to the Houston coach but i wonder why they keep under performing players on the floor. It's as if they have no supporting players eagerly waiting on the bench.

Though it's tough now for Bucks if Giannis got a serious injury and needs to be rested for the rest of this series.

They better do that, they can't risk his future in a series that they have a less chance of winning already.

No update for Giannis injury yet, he is still doubtful per status but if Bucks management would not play him, we will understand as he needs to be healthy for the next season, and he has to consider as well that he will get a max contract, please he does not need to be a Hero like Durant who force to play despite of the injury and ends up missing the next full season.

I agree, maybe they can experiment not to play Giannis in game 5, they won without Giannis so maybe that's the way they can win. They should not rush things, Giannis is still young and he has become a superstar so it's hard to risk his future just for the game that they aren't sure they can come back.

News about his injury.

Giannis Antetokounmpo's availability for Game 5 uncertain after Bucks star reinjures ankle

I heard he shout when he got injured, so that must be painful.

Who would've thought the Bucks could still win it when Giannis was suddenly injured at 2nd quarter.
I have given up that idea after that. But, they still gave the Heat a difficult time for a sweep and win it at overtime.

I think there will be a lot of discussion around that they don't really need Giannis.  Roll Eyes
Or, is it what they need to push them to their limits?
Have you thought about that after they win it? They played really good especially Middleton.
From just 18 points in Game 3 to 36 points in Game 4.

they able to survive this sweep but without Giannis that will be a much harder game for them. Middleton really explode and
take the full responsibilities. He needs more of heroic game like this if they wanted to extend this series.

Nice game by the Lakers, Rockets came back in the 3rd quarter but the Lakers had a good run in the 4th quarter.
The series is tied now, this is getting more exciting for the fans of both teams.

Again Westbrook was quite missing in the offensive end, his awful shooting is at display again tonight.

Westbrook shoots 4-15, 1 of 7 from 3 point line, this guy has no range in that area, why keep shooting?
At last my bet wins against houston though I support the houston with harden and westbrook looking for a championship but due to lakers really a strong team then this is the reason why I bet for lakers. However,  if in the series houston will going to win in this match then I can go to bet in houston. KD has already won championship and became MVP, they are former teammates in the OKC team before that almost win the championship game but it did not happen. Now, these two players I think will going to make it happen and this could be done in this season beating up lakers.

It's not him alone, Middleton also has a a good production with 25 points so far.

Checking the stats at halftime, only Giannis scored a double-digit point with Middleton's 8 next then the rest at around 2-5 points.

The Bucks able to survived the sweep. But Giannis is now in question if he will play the next game.
That would be the question if he do able to play on next game but basing of with that left leg injury and on his facial expression and scream then we can say that its a bit severe.
Its unlikely that he would able to play on next game and that would really be a big problem on having no Giannis on the court yet game 5 would be on 9/9. 2 days wont be
enough for that kind of injury.

Intense game. An overtime win by the Milwaukee Bucks 118 against Heat 115.

Giannis exited the game early with an ankle injury and not able to come back. But still, in 11 minutes, he able to score 19 points.

Without Giannis, I thought this will now be a sweep from Miami Heat but Khris Middleton and the others step up after the half.

HALFTIME: HEAT 48 BUCKS 50

Giannis Antetokounmpo currently with 19 points and the only Bucks player with double-digit production. Others have 2, 2, 4, 6, etc.

He is carrying the Bucks. If that continues, he will be exhausted soon. Looking forward for more productivity of his teammates after halftime.

It's not him alone, Middleton also has a a good production with 25 points so far.

3rd quarter now is about to end and the lead was already taken by the Heat, 83-88 now.

Looks like a sweep is going to happen.

Edit : 86-88 end of 3rd quarter.
