Yeah, rivalry makes a great entertainment value, remember in the last years when KD came back to OKC and they played? I mean at least the very first year was very fiery, after that it was still fiery as well, KD and Westbrook went at each other and there was tons of back and forth talk so forth, it was really entertaining.

For example, even though I love Spurs, I think Spurs versus Miami never really became like that, one year Miami won thanks to a clutch shot from Ray Allen, next year they played again and there was absolutely no trash talk, no nothing. That is probably due to Spurs not being that type of team but also Lebron and Wade and Bosh never really been the trash talk type of players neither, those were really good and entertaining games but there was no outside drama that we could have talked about.

Yeah, it will be a mess.
Time for changing the plays is way far by now. They are almost halfway the season now, it will just confused the other players and might be the reason for them losing once again.
Both works when Lebron is out, let it be that way.

That could work but why would they change a working system right now? Lebron is actually excellent executing the plays for Lakers as PG. And Rondo is also best for now coming off the bench as substitute PG.


At least he had proven himself even without the ring and he got a heck a lot of money out of it. It will be hard for him to land a Championship contender team after his contract expires.

Well, we are the same. Not because I love when they are fighting but it just shows how professionals also lose their temper every now and then. In terms of Metta World Peace, well, his fight with the Detroit Pistons is the most popular and to be honest, that is the best since fans also joined in.

It's not that I disagree with that idea but for me "experimenting" shouldn't be included in Lakers' vocabulary right now. No need to change or modified the current phase as they aren't even struggling. The current system is good and their current record is the best proof for that.

Experimenting can only be considered by a certain team if there are inconsistencies in every game or sort of chemistry problem which are not the issue now with the Lakers.

It's not because of Chris Paul's teammates pursuing a personal record nor hungry for the championship etc. that's why he doesn't have a ring.

a) During his prime in New Orleans Hornets, he is the only gunner on that team. Hornets didn't find a way to build a better team with Chris Paul. In other words, poor catching a big fish or reliable role player in Paul's whole tenure.

b) In Los Angeles Clippers, he has some reliable teammates and hungry for championships. It's just that they faced other dominants teams in the Western Conference playoffs e.g San Antonio Spurs, Oklahoma City Thunders, Houston Rockets. And during his Houston Rockets tenure, we all know that Golden State Warriors is owning every team in the NBA and eliminates Rockets twice in a row in the playoffs.

I'm not closing the book for Chris Paul but I do hope he will have one before he retires. Don't want to see him be included to those players who have a good career-run overall but didn't able to win a championship.

Lakers would not trade a good player for a shitty player and not all good players really fit in the team and we know nothing is permanent because even CP3 were traded in OKC. It wont really be worth it and they would definitely waste up a good player like Kuzma with soo much potential to be a much more better player
if he would given more playtime.He at least prove out that he's capable on good plays.If I were on Lakers management I would really have that second thought on trading up this player but rather they should more polish this guy yet this would be a good contributor for a more stronger Lakers team.About on talks about making Rondo replacing LBJ position? I don't think they would consider it out.

Might be a good experiment too then LeBron makes the SG replacing Avery Bradley from Day-to-day starting line up or even McGee as I think AD can guard the post that better. Rondo is still effective and can do both offense and defense, I guess they should give it a try.

I think that might be the case, spitting on you doesn't sound nice though, CP3 still remember that. The funny think there is, is that Howard gives the powder throw because of James absence.

 I think the reason why Rondo and CP3 doesn't like each other is not that troll video, I mean I have never seen it before and thats funny but thats probably not it.

CP3 is probably still hates Rondo for that but Rondo is kind of the guy who will watch what you do every single day, get your pattern, makes sure you do everything you do and than get you for it all ready with a plan. Nice game tho, had fun watching even without lebron and AD.

Though it's good to see him play as starter and command the floor but there's still no doubt that LeBron will keep asking for the ball and create his
own strategy. This is how superstar being respected by his teammates because even there's a design play it can easily outdone by the team's star.
I wish also to see Rondo to manage his teammates as there's no problem between him and AD they've played together at New Orleans, they can
find each other in anyhow.

They were suspended that time, I think CP3, Rondo, and Ingram were all suspended for a number of games,.. actually it's always fun to watch fight games in NBA,.. I also remember Ron Artest fights.

You got a point about this comparison with Rondo and cp3 but for me, even without a championship run nor an NBA finals appearance cp3 still one of the best point guard in the league. No doubt, if only he has a reliable teammates that's hungry for a championship and not for personal records, he will surely have his own ring too.

Yeah. I really like the improvement of Kyle Kuzma since the first time he joined the league. Like there's no way he's gonna be the face of Puma without a talent. I really hope that he could be a superstar caliber player just like LeBron and AD.

Well, that's what Rondo is. He can get the team ahead by commanding them and also giving them some flash passes.

There has been always something wrong with CP3 during his career. It's a big shame because he's not only a fine, humble person but the real magician as well. Nevertheless, his current contract practically take away from him a chance for a championship team. $44.2 million at the age of 36?

Who knows? They are getting better each game.
They have 4 wins differential against the number 8 in the West which is the Grizzlies.

They might have a chance if they will face the Utah Jazz or the Nuggets in the playoffs.
We cannot still say who wins when the battle intensifies in the playoffs.

I hope it will be Jazz though. I dont want them facing my favorite Nuggets. 
But they do have a chance with what they are showing now.

What matters here is the ring actually and Paul could have get his first ring if he wasn't injured during the Warriors vs Rockets finals, things are really bad for him, it was him who really carry the Rockets to the West Finals because of his intelligent plays, hope he will get a ring before he retires but definitely it's not gonna happen with the current OKC line up.

CP3 is overall a better, more complex point guard but you know who will be remembered by the history? Rondo, cause he has a ring and three league finals. CP3, no matter how exciting player he was and he stil is, never got near to this stage.

One ring and three finals vs one conference finals. That's how you can sum it up. At least in the most measurable way.
