Lebron is said to be using a million dollars each year to keep his body fresh, from freezing machine thingy to chefs to personal staff keeping trach he really is keeping his body in shape and spends a lot of money to it. Considering he usually "coasts" regular season as well I do not see how he can be really healthy every single season, I have never seen Lebron working hard on defense in any of his seasons for the past 10 or so years.

Dude has been just playing offense since he went to Miami. Now he is a bit older and his team is not as good as some of the other teams he played and more importantly he is on the west and not east so he might have to play a bit better if he wants to see playoffs at all but I am sure the "he can play until 38 like this" is probably true, he won't be as dominant without a good team around him at west conference but he will still be Lebron nevertheless.

Hornets gave 76ers a better game instead of just winning on a big lead.
A sudden come back from Kemba at the 4th quarter while he is off at 1st to 3rd. I did not see that coming and they really gave the 76erd a hard time to win the game. Going to overtime Embiid started making good shots while the big men of the Hornets are fouled out.

A lot of blocks from Embiid and also great assist from Ben. These two are becoming one of the great pairs in  NBA.

Joel Embiid did a huge part with 40+ points the match,i think he clutched this match, when Kemba Walker goes into a hot streak its hard to stop, anyways a great match, the match went into over with a win for phila.

I think Tyson Chandler is just too old to make a difference now. I know Lakers really needed a center but it shouldn't have been someone that old for them. Of course he will make a difference both on and off the court but would it be enough for Lakers ? I don't think so.

If they really want to content while they have Lebron than they need to make sure to get proper players. There isn't much people left in the free agency at this stage of the season of course so it was still a good pick up for them nevertheless but I really saw Lakers lack the hype to get proper people this summer. They needed to make some trades or do some signings to make any sort of difference to at least get to playoffs. I know they can't content until next year but having no real hope for it is just silly when you have Lebron on your team.
Chandler will not be the last player to be added to the Laker's roster this season considering the fact that Lebron James is almost running out of gas patience on always losing in close games. Tyson may be old but he got the championship experience and veteran smart that is needed in close games.

I also believe that Chandler can still deliver what the team needs and that is the interior defense and rebounds which the Lakers lack. Of course LeBron James does not totally need a scoring machine but the support he needs from his teammates.

The Bucks are putting people on notice so far this year as not many people talk about them or have them as a team that can compete for a championship.

If they get one of the first two seeds in the East and Giannis keeps averaging 26/12/6 I won't be surprised to see him win the MVP.
They have improved now that they have a good coach and I believe that they will dominate the Eastern Conference if they will continue their performance.

I'm betting Giannis as the MVP this season because of his performance but its too early to say although he is my bet at this moment. He's too hard to stop with his long hands and his height.

Right, actually I watched some Youtube videos of Giannis and indeed he is a work in progress and in just short amount of time he developed a lot and really learn how to take advantage of this long hands and strides (Euro Step).

He is really a freak so I'm wouldn't be surprised at all if his name keeps popping up to the MVP race this year.

And he is getting bigger every year. No injury, minor or major or something. I think we will see no signs of him slowing down until 38. Just my guess.
He is a very disciplined guy when it comes to taking care of his body and per my observation he is one guy who is not prone to injury maybe because of his playing style and body physic. I have seen Michael Jordan play and that guy floats on the air and a hard contact could make his landing bad and causes injury but glad it doesn't happen.
Lebron is a role model, I cannot even understand why there are a lot of people who hate this man.
It's true that he choke sometimes but his achievement is truly admirable, in addition, he did some good stuff for the community.

I am not a hardcore basketball fan but I admire LeBron James, he is really great at this sport and many of us can't deny that. I just think that people who hates him don't really play basketball and they are only watching NBA when it is Finals time and some maybe hates him because he can't stay to 1 team just for the sake of championship unlike Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant where they stayed on their team from the first day until the day they retire from basketball

I'm impressed Lebron has been able to play this long coming straight out of high school and still not have any serious injuries.  His durability is legendary.

It should be like that because...

LeBron James Spends Over $1M Per Year Caring For Body alongside with his natural resistance.

And he is getting bigger every year. No injury, minor or major or something. I think we will see no signs of him slowing down until 38. Just my guess.

Exactly, we may now have a new level of athletes. We have elite athletes, but those guys raises the bar than we can categorised them as super-elite athletes, hehehe. Sports science really progresses as well that why we're able to see athletes still maintaining their ability even at almost 40 years old. You will also noticed that Lebron shoulders is getting bigger every year, sign that he is really pushing his body so that he ca perform at peak every night.
He is living a healthy lifestyle and that means he is a discipline person, he has long term goal in basketball because he wants to beat the record
of the best players in the NBA, he started young and has a good statistics now and that is because he knows how to take care of his body.

That is too early to say that mate, yes i think giannis will be nominated to be season mvp but there are still many superstars are showing their skill for thia season that is why we will wait at the half of their games if who will be a consistent player with their average.

Without Green is really a big loss to them. They lose the heart of GSW with that.

And aside from Draymond's absence, Steph Curry got injured too and unsure if he can play the next game. We have seen Warriors offensive firepower got weaken last year when Curry is out due to injury even with Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson on the floor.

Rockets are playing soooo bad, I can't believe it, they are incredibly horrible on offense and on defense. People keep blaming Melo but honestly even harden and Chris Paul sucks right now, there is absolutely no one in that team playing with a bit of heart.

That was because of Melo's curse. It's now spreaded to James Harden and Chris Paul. Just kidding lol.

Many people are expecting Rockets to be one of the dominating team in the league now following how they gave Golden State Warriors a difficult path to NBA finals last season. But turned out that they are back again from scratch.

What could be the reason? In my own view:

a) Trevor Ariza's spot
b) Jamers Harden not targeting a MVP or any record so he became less aggressive
c) Most of the teams today are improving on both offense and defense

Haven't been watching the NBA much this year, getting bored of the three point shooting contests and the lack of inside play.  Seems like the NBA has gotten a lot softer over the past decade.  We need another Shaq type player to come and shake things up.

Maybe losing at the last game of the season really made a big fear in them and they are not playing hard because they know no matter how well they play they will lose against warriors come playoff time but if they continue like this I think rockets better find a new star for their team and trading away the current ones, that type of locker room presence with hopelessness needs to change or they will get new players that has no fear for warriors and wants to beat them. That was rockets last year but not this year.

Barrage of threes.

DRose making threes? Whoa! He is taking his game to a higher level now. That accuracy. That miss on the last shot could be just 1 inch stronger.

Can't imagined DRose now if that big injury didn't tear his career. Maybe the competition in the East is somehow tough during the past seasons.

Exactly, remember he was at his peak when he got injured. It will be very different with him and Lebron duking in out for the top team in the East.

But it was really good to see him making a comeback. He is slowly showing some flashes of his moves . There was one particular instance wherein he has a chance to show some highlight dunks but he chooses not to. If that is the old DRose, damn he will surely bring the house down. But maybe he is just cautious, because if you noticed his jump shot, it looks like his vertical leap is there, but he doesn't want to force it otherwise he might re-injured himself.
Or we can also say that there are advance medication now that could heal the injury faster, they just need to bring their confidence back and leave their
health to the expert. Paul George, Gordon Hayward has come back and therefore there is no reason Rose will not compete.
