What a bad day for the Golden State Warriors. That's already a one sided game that they have no appetite to end it.
It is what everyone expected on how this game is going to end. 140-88. The game truly changed a lot and Celtics on this game shown how consistent they are, mostly their key players.
That must have been the biggest loss for GWS in quite a while.
Actually I just googled and found in the 20/21 season they lost to the Raptors by 53 points.
So today's loss was the 3rd highest in franchise history, they also lost by 63 against the Lakers in 71/72.
That shows us how serious the Celtics are right now. If they get out of the east I see them becoming champions.
Another game that blew me away was Mavericks vs Philly (still without Embiid). Dallas started fast and furious with 11:0 and the actually lost the 1st quarter by 8 points, wtf, haha. Veeeery strange game !!
Yes, I do agree that the Celtics look really good and serious. I am just surprised because I never expected the Golden State Warriors true perform this bad. Stephen Curry was absolutely muted in this game.
Luca had a really incredible game for the Mavericks. But he just did not get enough support. It must have been a network disappointing for him because, with that type of performance, he should have been able to win the game.
If I am not wrong, Mavericks loss to the first quarter by actually 10 points.
Scoring 40 thousand points is a truly incredible performance, it was a very valuable match for him. If LeBron James continues to play next season, he can break a new record as you say. He will probably want to play next season too. Yes, he has aged a lot, but he still has a great performance, we can say that there is still no basketball player as confident as him. No matter how old he is, he will always be better than many basketball players
I think he is waiting for Bronny to play with him in the NBA before he will retired. I really doubt that he will stop playing next season or in the near future since he can still play very solid on his page in any role that he wants. He is just not that aggressive anymore due to his age but his leadership makes his team solid because his teammates rely on him.
I believe we will see first him play as a bench player first like Kobe did before he finally retired. He can still perform much better to bunch of other team starter tho.
I do not think that he is currently having any plans to actually retire as well. You know he has a lot more time to play, and definitely he is also going to play pretty well during that period.
Even if he plays as a bench player, he will still do well. And yes there is no shame in that. As long as he is not a burden on his team and is actually helping his team, he is always going to be useful.
