Celtics vs Cavs on Monday. Anyone that has insider if one from the team can't play or all of them are capable?

Cleveland Cavaliers squad are all capable to play.

For Boston Celtics, aside some of their players who are rested for rest of the season/playoffs, the recent one who got injured is Shane Larkin on their Game 4 matched between the Philadelphia 76ers. Although at some point that this guy really helps on defense, his average stats is low so I think his absence can't really bring a bad impact from the whole Boston Celtics squad.
Nice, if they are able to play completely without any injury and about those bench players we are not seeing them as big help during these conference or it's just me. Most of the time the highlights are being focused to the key players so that's why I end up with that thought.
Well, every help is really needed by Boston and they don't have the luxury to get anyone from the team to get injury at this juncture. Just sad though that Kyrie is not there otherwise this series will be one for the books. Drama's everywhere, emotions running high. Lol.

I give Boston a slight chances to win, but everyone who has been following NBA will no doubt that Cleveland has the clear advantage here because of James and no one in Boston can guard him or even limit his 30+ points average per game.
I hope Kyrie will be playing in this series so that it will be Kyrie vs. Lebron. The Old Teammates of Cavs Cheesy but sadly the one is injured. Maybe we can see this rivalry next season when they face again in the playoffs.

Maybe there is a chance that Boston will win if Lebron will choke but as we can see in this playoffs, Lebron has been outstanding in his every game and there is a big chance that he will do it again against the Celtics. I'm afraid to how they can stop the running train of Cavs Cheesy

Don't worry about Cleveland Cavaliers and Lebron James because they can't even make any win with in their match between Boston Celtics. They will not go to Finals! Boston in 4. Thoughts?

I don't know if you really following NBA but even for a 100% Lebron James haters can't ever think of that. Smiley Although it has chances, it's difficult to imagined that Cavaliers will take a rest without any win if ever Celtics will got the series.

I think the majority of Celtics fans will say Boston in 6 but not Boston in 4.

So it's like you saying 0.001% to sweep the Cavs by Celtics. I know cavs sweep raptors but. Let see what will happen for cavs now. I really trust this young Celtics to do that on LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. It's gonna be Rockets vs Celtics in 2018 NBA Finals.

Boston is a massive underdog here, if they can pull an upset then its going huge for us gamblers. hehehehe. However, its really going to be difficult series, and I don't think that they will sweep Boston here. And for sure, anyone on Boston will really focus on stopping Lebron James and might play physical on him (which Toronto didn't do). But I don't think that Boston though will win against the Cleveland. Maybe we  can see another buzzer beating coming from James again.

Grin Mamba is Kobe so he sure does hate Lebron. I am one also but let us just get real here. Just like harizen tells it, it is hard to imagine Cavaliers losing with those newbies.  Grin He will sure do anything on his power to lift up the Cavaliers.
He got some good helpers too so the game plan will be easier for him.
It might be a sweep but Celtics will give them a hard time and might take a steal even for just 1 game.

We cant really deny that Celtics is really a strong team 4-1 score against against 76ers yesterday and now they are fighting Cavs on monday. Different favorites by each bettor but one things for sure this would really be an exciting game.

As for the West side, GSW looks pretty good specially with Curry healthy and shooting is back in form. With KD always consistent and Klay doing his thing, plus Green with good defense and AI contributing nicely as well. So I will also go for GSW and eliminate the Rockets and face the Cavs once again.

Yesterday, I watched the Golden State Warriors' game against the New Orleans Pelicans. What you pointed out is correct. Kevin Durant has showed a lot of consistency during this season. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson may be getting most of the points, but I believe that KD is having the most impact in the matches for GSW.
That's why Kevin Durant really need to get out early because he's gonna be hard to checked in the later period if they allow him to shoot the ball uncontested. He will be really a night mare for any team because he can switch to any position. The only player that I have seen to somewhat intimidate and play good defense on him is Lebron James. Although the Cleveland lost last years championship to the Warriors, there was moment when James shutdown Durant. However, he can't sustain in the full four quarters because he needs to score.
Lebron James can’t be doing the defensive and offensive duties all at once and that’s of the reasons why i believe that they will be serious outmatched if they should encounter either the Rockets or the Warriors in the finals.

If they can keep Lebron scoring only under 20, sure it was. The question is who can match Lebron in Boston? Who can guard Lebron like Green or Stephenson? To be honest i'm not a Lebron fan and I'd love Boston to beat them but isn't it more entertaining if its CAVS vs GSW again?

I am having some discussion about this with a friend and trying to sum up who will defend the king and vice versa who will defend Tatum as he is a good offensive player also.

Smart is still healing with an injury on his palm that could get worse if forced. He is only the one I can think of that is buffed and with agility that could defend Lebron.
Cavaliers have some agile players also that could defend Tatum but they will be leaving Brown and Rozier on the outside who could shoot some 3's.

This is going to be a hard part for the Celtics since Smart could be looking at a foul trouble while defending Lebron. Who will be next in line after that?
Smart is overrated and can not defend Simmons, McConnell or Saric. What hope does he have in defending Thompson, Hill, Smith or even a Lebron for that matter.
They are toast in the next 4 games. And I do not think Kyrie is making an appearance this years playoffs so the Celtics have no hope in going against the Cavs when they are rolling over first seed teams like they are high school Bball teams.
There is another week until the next conference finals start so there is alot of time to think how these matchups will end.
Until then there is little more to talk about on this years playoffs.

That is why I am having some hard time thinking of the match-ups. Lebron is just too much with his buff body he can still run like a cheetah.
Smart have good defense with the Philadelphia and some of those are really life saving for the Boston.

Morris and Ojeleye are the only left PF to have some slight speed that could somehow run with Lebron.
I think this will be about the rotation, if they can do this perfectly then they might steal some game. They cannot rest for a second or even blink.

It may be the other way around buddy. I am not a Lebron James fan but the way i saw him play in the playoffs i think he is a man on a mission. He is out to prove to the young guys that he can still play the game and can go to the finals if he wants.  Grin

He already proved this before but there are just games that he can be good as before but he's still trying his best to act with the best defensive and offensive play style that he can make.
Celtics vs Cavs on Monday. Anyone that has insider if one from the team can't play or all of them are capable?
He always gives it his best and that's what matters. The outcome would determine his plays whether it was really effective or not. Can't wait to see their games and how it would end up.
Who would it be in the finals? Cheesy
Don't get excited as you are not the only who can't wait for the upcoming matches especially the finals. As usual the best picks would always be the rival team will face at the end.

It's a team play. If the team wont work then they wont win.
That happened in game 4. Look at how incosistent everyone is if nothing is working on the team.

Philly and Ceptics though, have shown a great game. A lot of future can be seen for both sides of young players. If the players will stay then they can grow their chemistry and see to it that they will give a great game next season.

Congratulations to the Celtics. Their back again. They need a good game plan defending Lebron.
Congratulations to the Celtics for clinching on the Eastern Conference Finals and will face the Cavs again. Now the question is can they defend LeBron James especially he has a good stats in this past games of this playoffs.

Who can defend LeBron? I think Marcus Morris or Marcus Smart are the 2 players who will do it because Horford will defend Love at the 5 spot but I don't think these 2 can match the power and speed of Lebron in 1-1. It will be hard for them to shut down Lebron especially he is not only a scorer but also a passer. I think Cavs will win this series in 6 when they steal a game in the homecourt of Celtics but if they can't then it will go 7 games for the Cavs.

Exactly, with that, the Cavaliers will be having a hard time for the warriors this year.
With the series against the Boston, I think Boston was already exposed, they have weakness inside the paint so I think the cavaliers will capitalize on that.

Lebron is the number 1 opponent here coming from Celtics, if only Hayward and kyrie can play then we will see a new line up that will give a new type of game that might give lebron a good fight, it will add a good challenge for cavs and provably some extra lift for the Celtics, this match up was my prediction before this season after I've heard the trade of kyrie and Hayward just not an good news when this two promising superstars got an injury and won't be able to help their teams coming this east finals, but even lebron have an edge we cant just forget how Boston played and how they reach this finals slot.

Well the celtics have been playing above par this playoff without kyrie and gordon with their young guns playing like seasoned vets. Though they could really use kyrie's experience now since they'll basically be playing against a team that hasn't been beaten in the east for a couple of years now. I'm excited to see though how the celtics will match against an obviously peaking lebron and cavs team

With the way Lebron is playing right now? I don't think that anyone is the league can stop him. He can dribble penetrate, shot 3's and perimeter, he can pass, rebound and other intangibles. I'm sure that Celtics can't contain Lebron do that means that Cavs will go the Finals again to face either GSW or Houston. But I have a hunch that the Celtics will not be sweep though, they will get at least a win in Boston but the Cavs will win the series.
