LBJ James and Thomas are not doing very well on the court at the same time!

The manager's tactics are relatively one-sided, and he can make Thomas a substitute!

A few days before the deal, if the Cleveland cavaliers' management doesn't change.

Cleveland will be a tough season!
This is the very reason why they traded Isiah.
I think he actually asked to be traded because he didn't fit in the chemistry of the team or Lebron, being lebron, asked them to get rid of him due to being injuried and then coming off of that did not produce or the cause. So essentially he was useless to them in trying to win.
They went something like 8 losses in a row at home with him the in the line as it is.
So he gets the boot off first. Cheesy

Some highlights of Lebron James

Rookie of the Year = 2004
NBA Season MVP = 3 TIMES
NBA Finals MVP = 3 TIMES
7th Player to reached 30,000 Points in the whole NBA history
Not an injury proned player
No issues off the court

AND STILL HAVE 1,000,000 and counting haters. Cheesy Damn who else @33 years of age who can still play like a monter. He is on post prime but still deadly. Have a wonderful built and always healthy.

haters really gonna hate.

Obviously speaking, that was really a great achievement in his career. Although at some point, we can really avoid that haters will come around. This is what I liked about LeBron James, since he entered the NBA league (or I think even prior to that), there are already lots of haters but still he managed to achieved those milestones in his career. He focus on every game and disregard all negative issues. At age 33, his physical built is still like a tank and he able to maintained it throughout the years with just a minor injury at all (or closed to no injury).

Just appreciate greatness and that's it.
Couldnt agree, more, whats more impressive to me is the fact that he is an excellent role model for kids and hasnt had any problems outside the basketball court. Best player in my opinion, I know you cant compare between MJ and LJ since they had different competitions and Basketball was a lot more physical before but we just have to calm ourselves and enjoy watching him play. Thanks to all the trades that the Cavs made now they have a really good defensive team, lets see if Lebron can take this team to win the Conference.
Haters made him to be a tough player right now, with those criticism he was built to continue to impress sports lovers, LJ makes the new face of basketball he played all position where he really can create impact, I agree that we cant compare him win MJ since everything now is about money
and fame unlike before where basketball is all about pride, looking forward to see more supremacy and dedication from LJ to more competitive games
to watch out inside NBA.
Lebron has already proven his doubters that he is a great player and I think he will continue to be in search for more success.
The cavaliers has change their roaster by sending other players and welcoming the young bloods, IMO this will work because this young bloods are
more hungry for a win especially now that they are in a championship caliber team.
Haters would really be always there specially for famous people and it cant really be removed. If theres fans then there would be always a hater but well as being said he do already prove himself about on his capability and we have seen it on our very own eyes regarding on his record.Im not quiet sure into those new players or young blood on the team but who knows if they would able to patch up and might surprise us.

I like what he has achieved as a player but not really in his life.
He does deserve more and I do blame it on the decisions he have made in his life and the choices of which teams he has chose to play for and do his greatness with along his career.
I never liked the Cavaliers. Molding a team around one player does not always work.
It worked for Micheal Jordan, but does not work for Lebron James.
I didn't like him on the Miami Heat either when he was with them during 2010-2014 season. He did get them to win back to back championships but once he left they fell apart.
That is not how a team should organize themselves because what happens when the star lone player goes to free agency? They will be not the same team to expect to defend that title they just won the season before.
Miami sucks this year as the worst team.

To be honest, I'm quite surprise to see Lakers did let go of Jordan Clarkson, I initially thought that they are building a "franchise" around him.
I'm thinking that he's this generation's Kobe Bryant but well things are changing from time to time and NBA is a big business so whether we think that they will franchise through JC the decision will still depending to the management itself.  Embarrassed
But I hope this will make him play better on his new home.
For me it's still a good thing that happen to JC he will now playing with the king just like how he did when kobe still there he became famous backing up kobe and build he's own name if he can also blend this good chemistry with the king then future will be bright for him, cavs let go their 3 big name players, thomas, wade and rose  and replace it with a younger players who also building their names respectively, for sure they are still aiming for the title as long as the king will stay healthy.
I really don't care if he will play along with Lebron. He can even get a very tiny exposure and game time to his new home but still we are not the one to decide for himself and to the management. Let's all be happy that we are all supporters of Jordan Clarkson and this will give him a new experience and let's all hope that this will give a very positive one.

The Lakers were indeed picking up their performance and then suddenly they traded most of their players to the Cavaliers in a move that shows that they really didn't have any ambitions in the first place.

Nance Jr and Clarkson are good backup off the bench so I will agree to you.

Since rookie days, Jordan Clarkson has tremendously shows that his performance really blooms every game. He is the best 6th man for me during his rookie days and can be a candidate for this season. The Lakers bench is showing good backup to their starters so I don't know why they destroy their young lineups.

I agree, Jordan Clarkson has been playing tremendously good in the past seasons that I was caught off-guard why the hell the LA management traded both of them? He could really turn LA around with Lonzo as their main point guard. Sadly though they change their tune and traded the him. Well the trade has dosed their ambition for this season already. Maybe they are again rebuilding, but it will take years again before we can see LA at the top.

Well i don't think the lakers ever considered building their franchise around clarkson. It's pretty obvious that he's expendable especially with all the attention focused on ball, randle, kuzma and ingram. Those kids are where the lakers are building the team on. And i also don't think playing with bron would be good for clarkson. I just don't :p

The rockets are in good shape. Today they have a blood bath for the Denver nuggets! It's seven straight wins!

Harden's three double - three punch card.

Capella had 25 minutes of rebounds and 20 points.

Next to Dallas, it looks like the hope of a winning streak is high!

Oh well everyone is really dispensable in NBA its still business although he was really brought up to be the heir apparent to Kobe in Los Angeles, maybe the management thinks that he is not up to expectations that's why he traded. Love JC though, following his career but sad to see him leave the Lakers jersey.

Let's see how it goes, time to proved his critics wrong. I'm looking forward to make his name with Sacramento Kings, he is still young and plenty to mature. This is his second chance and I'm sure that we will make the best of it. Wishes him the best, at least he stay on the West side.  Grin

Though it might be a good story for the JC and Nance, it might not be for IT. Thomas is an MVP contender last year and leads the Boston in their PO tourney. Thomas who is averaging 30 ppg last season and a consistent starter for the Boston and Cavs, will be a playing off the bench for Lakers. Well, there's a report that IT and Lakers are arguing because of the rotation. I hope that it the management could utilize what IT can provide. I'm not against Ball starting out but c'mon Ball over IT?

I understand your sentiments. Maybe Magic Johnson wants to improved Lonzo Ball by giving him more experienced as a starter. As for IT's arrival, I will pick Thomas over Ball but with the current status of IT, no doubt that he is still not going back to his MVP contender shape yet. Im seeing a bad rotation if Ball and Thomas will both put on starter.

Well I think, experimental will be done first.

And remember that wrath of LaVar Ball lol.

To be honest, I'm quite surprise to see Lakers did let go of Jordan Clarkson, I initially thought that they are building a "franchise" around him. But it looks like they have changed their tune and they are seeing Lonzo as the main point man now. Yes, its a valid point, having iT to "mentor" Lonzo will be a big advantage to the kid. It will be a continues experiment I think, Lonzo may came up a starter or there are games that iT may take the role. As for the Cavaliers, it looks like they overhaul the team, LOL, it didn't work but again I thought that they have given a lot of players in the trade. But maybe they have planning something big in the future.

As for recap on what happened to Cleveland Cavaliers:

They send:
Channing Frye, Isaiah Thomas and first round pick to Los Angeles Lakers
Iman Shumpert and 2020 second-round pick (via Heat) to Sacramento Kings
Jae Crowder and Derrick Rose to Utah Jazz
Dwayne Wade to Miami heat

Who they got:
Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance Jr. from Los Angeles Lakers
Rodney Hood from Utah Jazz
George Hill from Sacramento Kings

Take note that this is a three team deal. And as of typing after Derrick Rose transfer to Utah Jazz, they plan to waived him and Minnesota Timberwolves wants a piece of Derrick Rose.

This is as far as my own knowledge on the recent trade deadline moments. Let's wait for full report I think later on.

The knight made a mad deal!

The cavaliers' determination to continue to compete for the title this season is obvious!

Worst of all, Thomas, last year's MVP contender, was traded everywhere this year!
Obviously Thomas was not a good fit for the cavaliers that is why they are making this action.
I hope that this would really work for the cavaliers as they need to keep winning so they can stay on the top like they did last season.
I believe the players traded to the other teams are real good players but when chemistry does not work, they need to make a solution to the problem.
This trade would benefit Isiah Thomas because obviously he is not fit to play along the king. He may find a home in the Lakers but the downside is, he is on the west. Good luck Thomas.
yeah I like what's the Cavs doing with these deals . getting rid of a lot off players that have been poisoning the team this season and instead they are now getting youth and athletistic players that's will help them rebuild the team for the future . George Hill is not the best out there as he is seeing a decline in from after he reached his peak but he is still a very smart player and good at defending and I see him working well alongside LeBron so we could see the Cavs could make it one more time to the finals again with those improvements it's going to be diffecult but they done it before they still can do it.
