LOL i guess losing Irving already decreased 1/2 power of Cavs even they got Thomas back.

Definitely wrong.

It has something to do with other Cavaliers players. Irving is a big factor but the way the other Cavaliers players are performing recently, I see nothing will changed. Look at those Cavaliers losses and see the missing link. It's not Irving but others Cavs players must adjust and not just all about LeBron LeBron LeBron. Compare it back to their winning streak, all Cavaliers players are performing well.

Well said Im agree. The momentum back when Cavaliers are getting lots of winning streak (I think 13 streak IIRC) are really impressive and all part of the rosters are having a nice stats on both offensive and defensive phase. Nice shooting % and average, nice assist % and average and everything.

By looking at their current losing streak, their offensive push is horrible. They have poor shooting stats and horrible field goals. Their defense is lacking too allowing an entry for more big points from their opponent.

So what is the missing here? I guess the players rotation and if possible, a bench revamp. No help and contribution on both offensive and defensive by the second squad. This is not all about chemistry after all as they already gained momentum on the first phase of this season.
I completely agree with you the problem of cavs is not losing the service of kyrie Irving but the problem has been defence all the way , but this is not all because in golden state game we saw a huge problem on shoots . They missed 12 shoots from 13 , in the 4 th quarter , you can not win if you miss that much in the end of the match specially against the warriors coz they punish you right away . So if only LeBron James manage to show up and the rest of the team didn't get the job done so you can understand the loss in the end .
I guess the Cavs right now just missed the services of Irving. Irving is the reason why the Cavs were the NBA champion last year.

Irving is part of the their integral team together with James and Love. And I'm sure that the Cavaliers is really hurting not just because Irving left, but their defense is one of the worst I have seen them. They should really put a strong man in the middle and get DJ and trade Thompson. Again, James can't do it by himself and he need his team to be consistent and back him up every game.

They always are choking when it comes to the final quarter I don't know if this is a curse or what.

Kardashian Curse lol.
Hahaha I don't know if that's for real but that's funny to read someone say that.

Speaking of that curse, there are reports that the guy involved will be placed on trading list. Too bad that the organization is paying that much for this guy.
They are taking it seriously and that's the reason for putting that guy on trading list? I think that Cavs can recover their lost against Golden State Warriors with their game today against Orlando Magic. What can you say about that? Any Orlando Magic fan here?

Thats why each one of the team should cooperate and must really focus on their roles to be more effective. If they would really just rely on 1-2 players then it would really be hard. Missing out those shots are entirely missing out chances on taking up the lead or even break even on scores. Every chances on having the ball is crucial. Irving do really have big contribution on the team.

Any suggestion bets for Toronto Raptors vs Detroit Piston match and Los Angeles Clippers vs Denver Nuggets?

Clippers is hot streak with 5 straight win. Thoughts? Go for easy 6 straight win?

The odds is good for Raptors and Pistons handicap. Honestly the +7.5 for Pistons and -7.5 for Raptors are both worth to give a shot. Pistons is good playing at home and they can cover the spread while on other hand, Raptors is also good playing on the road and can also cover the spread. No wonder the odds is almost the same for that. You can also bet on over 212 points as these 2 teams are averaging over 100 points in the game.

For Clippers and Nuggets, I can consider -3 for LAC @1.9. Up to you to decide.

No doubt that almost all part of Cavaliers squad are playing pretty bad. Id rather see LeBron James hogging the ball than do the ball rotation if those plays that will be executed will not be properly do. Lue is not making an experiment to his players rotation. He won't see what's missing if he keeps on closing eyes on it. I don't even see him being a mad if his players (aside from James lol) is having a bad day.

Cavs are choking atm..
But when Thomas is fully recovered and really to play like he played before, I don't know who can stop them  Wink

Their chances for another NBA is slipping away. I have doubts that they can reach it this year. Admit it or not, Kyrie Irving is a big factor for them getting to the NBA championship. Its either they have to overcome a huge deficit and choke or have the lead but lost it the last few minutes.

Thomas is a big key, but if he keeps under performing and so is the rest of team, Lebron will have the difficult task of carrying everything on his shoulder. I really like for them to get DeAndre Jordan so that they can improved their defense, one of the main factor why they are on a slumped.
It looks like it as the only player with the spirit to win in the Cavaliers is Lebron James the other players seems to be playing a level down compared to James. And also the fact that they are only the 3rd best team in the East shows us that they are really not the favorites to win the title. They are 8 Wins behind the Boston Celtics which is lead by his former teammate Kyrie Irving. Hopefully they will have luck this next offseason when they have a good lottery pick from the Brooklyn Nets pick they have acquired in the Kyrie Irving trade.

Even Kyrie will be out for Celtics, there are plenty of Celtics squad that can fill the hole. Boston Celtics have a bunch of good players so I think their current winning rate is not because of leadership of Kyrie.

No even with Irving they are having hard time when they are against to Golden State Warriors. And I'm happy to see that Irving was given a lot of space with his new team and that way he can show more and play like he's been set free from his cage.

You can't blame Isaiah Thomas for their four straight losing streak, basketball is a team game. Anyway losing is a part of the basketball.
Maybe in their next game between Orlando Magic they will win that game. All in.

Thomas has its own way and knowing how cavs played when it's already in the playoffs just check their previous history and you will know how top
caliber they are when the league is getting nearer to the finals, I'm not really a fan of cavs as I still love Spurs, but watching how the team can manage
to stand and still reaching the first round, and beside we knew that those players are really great on their own ways.

So it's the day of the Dub nation at the first 3 quarters of the game, it was a close fight. But on the final minutes of 4th quarter well it was decided on who's going to win. Cavs choked at the 4th quarter and they have a dramatic lose on their very own home court advantage. Lead scorers does have the same score, Durant and Lebron who had 32 points.

You were absolutely right. It was almost a direct battle between Durant and Lebron James. Cleveland Cavaliers lost the match because they couldn't provide the much needed support to Lebron. On the other hand for the Golden State, Kevin Durant was ably supported by his team-mates such as Stephen Curry.

Well i think we're.going to see a different picture this season. I'm not sure if the cavs will ever be the same without kyrie even with the talent that they got in exchange. We probably would have to forget about thinking of a gsw cavs rematch in the finals

Congratulations on the warriors, they won the game, the cavaliers don't have enough gas to fight int he 4th quarter.
Now, we have seen a possible match up in the Finals, I think we will see a repeat again as still the Warriors can dominate the cavaliers.
