Both Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden state Warriors are not showing the strengths that they did by this time last season even after adding a star player to their teams. With an injury to even 1 good player, they seem to have gotten vulnerable and seem beatable. I have a feeling we might see a champion other than the top seeds. Only time will tell.
We use to see that on Cleveland Cavaliers last season so nothing new about that. Also the additional player to Cavs roster is not the player they used to be when they entered the league compare to Durant that still on prime. The surprising one is the Golden State Warriors since they used to play without Kevin Durant on the floor but now quiet struggling because of his absence.
I was thinking that Kevin Durant really affects the prior performance of GSW rosters since Kerr make room for this guy and now spending lots of minutes on the floor compare with the usual roster. But this have to be end since Kevin Durant will surely return before the playoffs will start.

Celtics beating Golden state Warriors at Warriors home again. Good defense from the Celtics and Warriors bench has been abysmal today. Combining to just 15 points and the game is almost done. Warriors down by 13 with just over a min to go. To me it seems to be over. If Warriors dont make any changes and add strength to it, it looks like they wont win the championship this season.
Warriors lost, that's alright, they need Durant to win games especially against an elite team in the NBA. I'm not surprised with the win and honestly I almost cashout now with my parlay if not because of the lost of Detroit Pistons. It was Boston Celtics defense that really won them the game. They just made it tough on Steph Curry and Klay Thompson. Bradley and Smart made sure that they had contested every shot and make to them take though shots every time. Although they still need to prove their surge at that end of the court is real. They will need to stay healthy in the playoffs. If you look at the fourth-quarter box score you will notice how their defenses affected the splash brothers. Curry has 0 points in 5 minutes 0-for 1 shooting, while Thompson in 8 minutes has 1 point and 0-for-3 shooting.
Lol. Don't be overwhelm about Golden state warriors lose on boston. I think they are not just playing 100% on their game since they got the spot on play offs. It is hassle to play full potential on a game you already won. They are just reseving their full strength for play offs just like san antonio spurs did. The only difference is they can't pull out steph and klay to rest because their team is totally useless without them. The real show will begin on start of play offs.
LOL. let's just give credit where credit is due. Boston Celtics defeated Golden State by shutting down its 2 main scorer. If they want to really reserved their energy, they should be sitting and not playing until the 4th quarter. And this win will boost Boston's confidence coming in the playoff. But I agree with you saying that the real show is on playoffs. This is just 1 game, if this is a series, I'm pretty sure Golden State will adjust and will win the next game if they are match against Boston in the Finals.
