The Lakers just had their huge L against the Kings who has Sabonisless in the 4th quarter and an injured Fox. They are suppose to be the favorite to win in the overtime as the Kings have lost 2 of their best players, but then again Ham just had another bad decision for not letting Reaves play the 4th quarter and in the OT. Gabe Vincent did not have an impact to the game, even guarding Fox he's not really efficient, I don't understand why Ham did that. Vincent and Prince lost momentum and gone cold down the stretch, Reaves had enough rest and could bounce back anytime soon in the OT, and Rui had a hot early in the 4th quarter but didn't have the chance to play since.
Poor coaching execution and decision making cost the Lakers this game.
Finally, a win for the Sacramento Kings. I was waiting for this to happen as I know they are not a weak team. Fox did great although injured. He stepped on Gabe Vincent and it was awkward land. I think he is forcing himself too much, he needs some time on the bench and let his teammates do some work too. Keegan Murray and Malik Monk are there so that he can rest.
Damn, I dodged a bullet with the Bucks losing at home against the Hawks.
Wanted to bet on this game, obviously on Milwaukee, and thank god I didn't.
Would have not expected them to lose this game in blowout fashion, pretty much game over at halftime. Of course it also didn't help that Dame had a horrible night. Without him contributing and Middleton sitting out there is nothing Giannis can do by himself.
The rest of the night was pretty much as expected with all huge blowout wins for the favourites. Only Sacramento as mentioned was a nice game vs the Lakers, happy they beat them in OT.
I lost on that Milwaukee Bucks bet. I really thought Damian Lillard would keep that good performance but never considered that the first game was because he wanted to showcase his skills and boast it to the Bucks fans. Game 2 showed that he is just human and the chemistry is not there yet.
Later will be a game against the East champions Miami Heat and I bet Lillard will also show what the Heat management missed by not taking him on their roster so I think I will be rooting for the Bucks to win this game.
