Something that Luka is missing, Brunson as we all know what he contributes way back with the Mavs, and now
he continues to play that level of confidence even the main Alpha is not around.

Congrats to those who backed the Knicks even Randle is not around, they've got Brunson's solid productions.

Together with his teammates they managed to survive and snatch the win against the Cavs.
Props to Mitchell but still that's not enough to win over against Knicks because Brunson was also on fire.

I love the New York Knicks somehow finding a way to steal a win against the strong Cavaliers in their home and without Julius Randle.
Jalen Brunson, 48 monster points! Is he really that small? Grin Who else can score that much at 6'1?!
He's a beast, a low-key beast and I'm sure that is being recognized by most. I can't get over that match because I thought that the first-half shooting machine of Mitchell was already on momentum but then Brunson shows how to beat it.

I have a feeling that the western conference ranked 4, 5, 6, and 7 might be more difficult to beat during the playoffs. These teams are not just capable but they are well-experienced teams with playoffs veterans that can remain composed during the toughest games and clutch times.

Poor Dallas Mavericks, I want them at least inside the top 10. This might be the most stacked year in the west. Although I did notice since I was a kid that the western conference is always with better win-loss teams than the east.
5 more games left for them. I am not in a worry yet because they can really win if they wanted to, all they need is to push harder. It seems like Doncic and Kyrie's chemistry doesn't work so Coach Kidd should find a way for flexible minutes. Luka loved handling the ball for a long time and so does Kyrie. The other player is just standing there watching while the other is doing his work. Not right, unlike other teams where the other star keeps on moving.
i.e. Warriors Steph doesn't stop running if Klay or Poole has the ball.

Might be, those teams are really balance and who knows, some of them might be kryptonite of the best teams in either of the conference. It's like everything is a balance between those rank 4-7 and each one of them could give the rank 1-3 a head ache in the series matchup.

Still a lot of games and those team are still in the hunt for a playoff spot or play-in so we can't just discount them.

Just like the Lakers who had a good win against the Wolves as they show tenacity even if they are down in the first two quarters.

A great win tonight for the Lakers over the Timberwolves. That moves them up into the seventh spot in the playoff race and just behind the Warriors and Clippers to move up out of the play-in tournament. With the Lakers playing great I think there’s a good shot they end up the number 5 or 6 seed. At the very least they should find themselves with a chance at a post season run.
It's just good to see the Lakers coming from the 13th seed at the start of the season to now 7th, and at the top of the play-in tournament. Aside from that, they are only 1.5 games behind the 5th seeded Clippers, 2.5 games behind the 4th seeded Suns.

Davis is just a monster on this game scoring 38 points & 17 rebounds, while Lebron only scored 18 points, but has 10 rebounds. Reaves who was always been a bench for most of his time in the Lakers is now a starter and he contributed 15 points on this one as well. I just hope that Le-GM will not trade him, because as time pass by, he will develop himself, and might be a good piece for the Lakers.

Speaking of Davis, we're always overreacting whenever we see him getting injured, or just even a small sprain whatsoever. It's because of how fragile he is. He's an injury prone player we know that, but he's a dominant big when healthy. Seeing him gaining his momentum in the final games of the regular season is a good sign for him coming into the playoffs. I just hope that he will plays like this when playoff comes because I think they will clinch the playoffs even though they will be in the play-in tournament.

Ouch, Anthony Davis is down again in the 3rd quarter against the Wolves. Hopefully it's not that serious, otherwise if they lost this game in the road, it could be over for the team.

They are just down though by 6 points against the Wolves, and Lebron should start now if they wanted to win if Davis is not able to come back.

Lebron just 10 points, while Davis is the leading scoring for the Lakers before that unfortunate injury.

Edit: AD is back on the floor.

He came back and bring his usual productions. Lakers win the game and move up in the current rankings. They've got the chance to stay and play for the next round.

Still, changes can take place as the rankings are close from one team to another, all remaining games
are important for each team to take a good place for the playoff.

What a huge comeback from the Lakers in the last two quarters to win this very important game, and even if Davis looks like to be going down again with another injury, he comes back and score crucial points for them in the fourth quarter, finishing with a high 38 points. And there are another five players who score in double digits.

I love how the Lakers put a defensive clinic in the third, they didn't allow any easy points for the T'Wolves and then they score to lose their rhythm, KAT didn't have the percentage in three point area. And it seems that Anthony Edwards is sick leading up to this game as he also scored 11 points. And it was Mike Conley with 25 points. And with this win the Lakers move up to 9th place.
big win today for the Lakers moving to 7th place, maybe 6th seed if they win all, but I'm curious about the officiating which to obvious they don't want the Lakers to pull away, I'm not a Laker fan but, I can see the calls are always against them even the refs know that's a wrong call they will still push it, this is a big problem if the Lakers will be in the playoffs, its like they are trying to rig games, the nba and the union should talk about this or this should be a downfall for the NBA.

They might as well just rested Giannis or Jrue, Kris, or even the aging Brook Lopez to avoid expectations from the fans and fully avoid possible injuries. People went in there expecting an intense rivalry game between the Eastern conference's best teams. Although a few years ago I read about Giannis not being a fan of resting players so the whole Bucks starters went in there but only to chill and void a physical game. I only watched a portion of the first half but I never went back to finish the remaining quarters.
That's true. They should've just rested their players because it ain't fun to watch at all.
He may be a hard worker but there is always a time to just sit it out. The fans are already used to that kind of strategy and I bet they won't be expecting them to play on the last games of this season especially being in the safe spot.
But when they say they will play, it's a different story.
Denver is another team that is 3 games ahead of Memphis so they can also afford to rest or chill out. That win from the Pelicans though costs Luka and his team to grind harder than ever just to secure a playoff spot.
And they are actually benched today.
Phoenix Suns' handicap is -10.5 and upon checking the ESPN injury report, I saw Porter, Murray, Jokic, and KCP listed as will not play for this game.
It's not like the Suns cannot defeat them with Durant already back but this is a freebie for them to stay in the 4th seed in the western conference rankings which gives them a gap between them and the Clippers. Unless the Clippers win today against the Grizzlies, but I doubt that without PG13.

Tatum has really improved himself and is one of the best players right now.
No doubt about that and with the recent stats that I've seen, he's considered the best on this current season based on the numbers that he has projected overall for this season.
What an outstanding performance from them, I have not thought that they'll be able to make such great ending against the Bucks which is considered also one of the best teams out there and I'm even a fan of them. So after they've won against the Bucks, we'll see if the momentum is still there against Jazz later.

They are the favorite against the Jazz and with this big win, yeah they still have that momentum in them, although it's going to be back to back for the Celtics. But it was just an easy game against the Bucks as they took a big lead and some of their stars have time to just sit down and enjoy the game because there's no way that the Bucks can catch them.
We'll see if that's gonna be a back-to-back win for them and if that momentum is still fresh on them.
The game has already started and why is it that it's making me feel that the Jazz will lose this game? Q1 and just a few minutes gone so, we should see if that's gonna happen or not.

Yes, the Wolves vs. the Lakers game tonight should be very important and intense, especially for the Lakers because they have already faced the Wolves twice this season and lost both times. Personally, I hope that the Lakers will be able to beat the Wolves this time, although it won't be easy as they will have to find a way to defend well to keep KAT and Edwards from scoring easy points, as well as keep Gobert from grabbing easy rebounds in the paint.

Pre-game notes state that almost the entire key players of the Minnesota Timberwolves are questionable to play.

Although some of them upgraded to "probable" we can only see these players if they will actually play later on.

As of posting this, there are fresh tweets from a source that Twolves' questionable players are seen doing some late warmups on the court, especially Karl Anthony Town and Anthony Edwards  Edwards. On the other hand, in the Lakers, LeBron James is listed as questionable pre-game but is now expected to play.

I am sure that this isn't an April Fools Day announcement but LaMarcus Aldridge has already expressed his retirement in his tweet.

In the words of TB12, you only get one big, emotional retirement… so, on that note…I’m thankful for all the memories, family and friends I made throughout my career. It was one hell of a ride and I enjoyed every min!
12

That was certainly a great career that he's got there. A true hell of a ride and we're pretty sure that he's enjoyed every inch of his entire career. We're all getting old and I'm feeling it when there are players like him announces their departure from the NBA.

Memphis vs Clippers and Lakers vs the Timberwolves are the most interesting game for me tonight. The Clippers beat the Memphis and this is back to back games for the two teams. While Lakers and Timberwolves are fighting for a play-off/play-in spot.

Lakers need the win if they wanted to push for the position. As usual, they will lean on with the core players who needed is good help with their role players, an important game for them to push for possible play-off/play-inn spot.

I will wait for AD and Reaves to bring on good numbers today, not just for his offense, but more on how he will help
bringing the ball to AD.

It looks like Andrew Wiggins will be back with the Warriors for the postseason. There are reports he’s back in the Bay Area after being out of town for the last several weeks. This is a good sign that he’s ready to get back to work just in time for another playoff run. Good news for Warriors fans as they will need Wiggins’ defense if they want to compete for a championship.

Amazing performance by Boston Celtics, but we all know the true no?.

They destroy bucks but if this game were for Play off nothing of this happen, Bucks wake up and slap Celtics if the match really matter, because this celtics always fails in the important situation.

Have you seen the latest playoffs where the Celtics defeated the Bucks? It's possible for them to do it again. In fact, if you check the championship odds, you'll notice that the Boston Celtics are the clear favorites to win the championship, which proves that they are a serious contender.

When it comes to playoffs games, it all depends on the coach. How fast his adjustments are and how effective they will be. The Celtics have a new coach this year, unlike last year. They are strong this year but will the coach be ready for the pressure of the playoffs games? I know Tatum, Brown and the boys are already seasoned players but if there is no right guidance by Joe, they may not duplicate what they have accomplished in the East last year.

That Celtics game was something else. They really focused on shutting Giannis down and forcing him to take bad shots. At the same time their offense was incredible behind great games from both Tatum and Brown. They’ve been figuring out how to beat the Bucks for years now and tonight it looked like they had it figured out. The playoffs are going to be great this year.

These two teams are neck and neck and no clear winner on a playoffs match. Hopefully they will meet in the finals of the Eastern Conference.

It is a second game of a back to back but most of any of the Jazz players than even belong in the NBA are sitting.  Not sure who is gonna sit for the Celtics but I imagine e they got to be on a push for the 1 seed.  The spread is only 9.5 with literally the Jazz g league team playing tonight.  Tempted to drop some on the celts tonight.

Boston players didn't get too tired yesterday. In the last quarter, the players sat on the sidelines and had a jibber jabber. They already have a college team vibe to them.
I didn't see who will not play today for Celtics, under normal conditions Boston will crush their opponents. It doesn't matter if it's back to back.
Without Lauri Markkanen, it would be a miracle for the Utah Jazz to win. If they lose today, they have almost no chance to be in play-in games.
